  • Yeah Abdyllatif Eid i had the same experience. Every single slot on the site were completly empty, like empty shell i had to fill up before i can win back some of what i lost. Not a single game gave a legit, even small, swing up. I had to lose everything in every slot i played before i win. The only way to have it "look" like i can have a good run was to lose multiple deposits on them then they go back and act like i never lost money to fill them up first. Like every slot would start with dead spins, then after i lost 5-10x will swing me 1-3x wins then after losing 50x would start giving 25-30x's on and on till i had lost 200x+ i would start getting a 100x win etc. Had to constantly feed them up to keep action on and on in such a fashion that a 84% RTP slot would actually do. Had to close my account the constant same results with insane low rtp was making me go crazy.

    Not that i was mad at losing, we all lose, always... it's how it works. The thing is if i am sold a product under a certain RTP and then my results shows it's impossible, mathematically. Then it means i have been sold a product at a much higher cost than what was supposed to be and since slots swings/variance are "random" it become really easy for these casinos to run a much lower RTP but tell everyone that complains about it they THEY were unlucky without mentioning how many people are "unlucky" in there lol. It's with forums like this that we can share our experience and see if it's just us or not. Streaming on twitch and talk to hundreds of people regularly help a lot get an idea of the whole picture. When my results flip 180 degrees all of a sudden to a complete crash, i'll ask people around, like in the past months. Ask how they do, when it's just me and a few while others run normal, then ok, maybe. But when it's like that past 6 months where everyone got literally murdered, everyone is complete dead. All on the bench watching others because they lost EVERYTHING. When everyone lose everything all at the same time over that long of a period then you know...

    Deposit low, play micro bets... it doesn't make you win more, but for sure casinos do hate that because you play a lot without making them much and if there is something casino proved me, it's that they hate when we're having fun. They don't want us to play, enjoy and have fun for a decent cost. They want to rip us, tease us, manipulate us into losing everything we have the fastest possible. They don't want you to enjoy every deposit, they want to rip it as fast as possible so that you redeposit, over and over. If you do small deposits but same bets, they just rip you till you are a few deposits in while with a big deposit they could just give something right away... Especially since they all enforce minimum wager of like 3x deposit before cash out. If you deposit 20$ and win 50$... you'll be able to cash out most of it but if you deposit 100$ and win 50$... you are put at 150$ but have to wager 300$.. an amount you'll see you'll very very rarely beat. Just like if it was set like that, give some early, make it look like you have a chance and then rekt you to 0 to make you redeposit. Who knows but i'm talking in general, you're not playing a random game, you are playing a computer that is playing you. So better make it cheap lol.

  • Fastpay casino support refusing to resolve issue with incorrect bonus added. According to the terms and conditions last updated 12.03.20 level 9 bonus is 1000 euro or country currency equivalence . In $ that is approx $1800 Support only credited 3x $500 $ to my account, I showed them the terms and conditions from their website https://www.fastpay-casino.com/en/terms-and-conditions showed screen shots , and was told they will notify the relevant department to fix it because it is a error, I've asked them to still give me the bonus and live chat cut off conveniently and I'm unable to get back on again ,I just checked my email for live chat transcript and see that the live chat host ended the chat .

    It's becoming rather irritating that every matter need be posted here for help instead of being able to resolve it properly in chat or directly with casino support via email . 

     

    Closing chat on me isn't going to make the problem vanish geez

  • All bonuses are issued to the cross courses which are stated in the table. The level up bonus is 1500 $. As I see, the player has got 3x 500 $bonus. In the current case, everything worked correctly. As agent told, nothing extra can be issued here.

  • Also like to note that even after posting this I reached out again to the casino to resolve the problem without needing to do so here . But they have ignored me, and responded here .

  • after joining fastpay casino and depositing alot of money I finally won $1500 I have done everything they have asked on documentation so now have all of my identity and bank statemans.i it all got approved they couldn't put the money back onto my card I had to go through a bank transfer which would take 3 to 5 working days after the 5th day they kept giving me excuses as to Why  the money isn't in my bank account yet. They told me they will check with the financial team and replied with. I have to make another request for a cash out which will take another 5 days it shouldn't be called fast pay casino can I get help?

    Hello, what do you mean? If a player is using 3rd party card or e-wallet we shall close his account during the verification process (first payout or any payout with the new payment method for depositing was used). The other part of the message I didn't understand, sorry.

    Read the last few lines of 3.2 any violation will lead to blocking of this account and active balance taken . 

    So why did it Take 3 MONTHS to close the account,, UM because YOU are THIEVES THAT shouldnt be allowed to operate if a rule is broken act on it straight away not 3 months later after you have stolen thousands of dollars off Me

    CLOSE THE PLAYERS CASINO ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE BREACH NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE TO DEPOSIT AND STEAL THEIR MONEY FOR 3 MONTHS WHEN THEY FINALLY GET A WIN THEN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT THATS A DIRTY DOG ACT IN MY EYES

    We chatted with the casino rep again and they proved that you made multiple accounts from the same IP address and same device, which is a serious breach of T&C. 

    If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can file a complaint to their licensor.
