We are happy to have you here!

  • Hi guys! Thank you for the warm welcome!

  • Hi,

I asked for a small withdrawal since 09/10/2017 but for now my withdrawal is still waiting. I sent all the documents to verify my account but each time the support sends me a mail to inform me that such document is not clear.

I checked my account last week at two casinos with the same documents and I did not have any problems.

  • Hi maiwen63,

I checked with our custommer support. Your document was not accepted by our Security Department, as it was blured. We have forwarded your other document you provided us with and your account should be approved soon and your withdrawal process. I'm sorry for the delay and will inform you in a private message, when your account is KYC approved.

    Petr

  • Problem solved, thank you Petr for your help smiley

  • I registered at this casino In June. I filled my information in their form including my country Thailand in the drop down box and everything was fine. I got my first small cashout from them and they asked me to send ID, bill, and my Neteller screen capture. They said all was fine and approved my withdrawal.

Later I deposited again with them and had a much bigger win. They asked for more things like my personal picture with my identification in my hand and other things. I send it all.

Suddenly, they close my account saying that it is illegal to gamble in my country and that even if their terms don't say my country is not allowed, I am still not allowed!

They said the reason they asked for so much documents is because they want to make sure I was really from Thailand. This is nonsense because it is clear I am. I put that on my registration form, I sent my ID which is Thai ID and they already have, my address is in Thailand, my IP is Thailand. Of course I am in Thailand. I think they were looking for some pretext to confiscate my win and when they could not find any they went with the dumbest excuse they could think of which is that I am not allowed to gamble from Thailand.

The law on online gambling in Thailand is not clear and many many people do it! My lawyer friend told me it was fine. Who are these people to be interpreting the law in my country? They can't even read my language. What a disgusting creepy site to be judging things for the customer.

This is a horrible dishonest, freak site.

This is an EXTREMELY serious case for jswqzs.com. There are many countries that have grey area in online gambling. It is absolutely not acceptable for casinos to making their own legal interpretation about the laws of gambling in other countries. If jswqzs.com does not blacklist and ban this casino group from their forum it means that anybody in any country that has a grey area (which is almost all countries) cannot trust jswqzs.com as an arbiter and a recommender of casinos. The casino must explicitly exclude countries if they don't want someone from that country playing. Not try to interpret the laws of countries whose language they don't even speak and have no legal expertise in!

  • Hi nongsong,

I quickly checked their terms and conditions and see this information below. Also when trying to register Thailand is not available in the country list.

Thank you for looking into my case.

They added that after I had registered. Please read this from their email:

    "

As stated in our terms and conditions, it is entirely and solely the player's responsibility to ensure that they do not breach laws applicable to them by participating in our games.
As a resident of Thailand, you are bound to know that gambling, other than betting on horse races or the government-sponsored Thai lotteries, is prohibited in Thailand.
This prohibition dates back to the Gambling Act 1935.

After we took into the account all the details of your case, also backed up with the findings of our Legal department, our Casino came to the decision to close your account.
We have likewise updated our Terms and Conditions and decided to close the whole Thai market by disabling the registrations from this country. "

  • Aaaah I see, that makes sense why we didnt have Thailand as a restricted country on our LCB review page for EatSleepBet. Hmmm this is no good. They shouldn't have honoured the first withdraw and then not the second. They also should not have accepted your deposits in the first place, I do agree that it is a players responsibilty to check rules and restrictions in their home country, however it is also the casinos responsibility to not take deposits from countries that do not allow online gambling.

How much was the win and how much were your deposits?

They took more than 11 thousand euros! I think my last deposit was 75 eur.

Are you the admin for LCB or for the casino?

The casinos are not enforcers of law. It is crazy for them to be saying this. If it was the case then there would be almost no more customers for casinos because so many countries have grey area laws.

  • I am an admin for LCB. Our moderator Sydney will continue to help you with this case.

  • Hello nongsong,

We've already informed the Casino Representative about your issue, but he's currently out of the office, so we're trying to resolve this with somebody else from the casino. Keep you posted.

  • Hello nongsong,

We've received the final decision from the casino. They will return your deposits, but they won't pay the winnings. They say that they've already sent you an email asking from you to submit a withdrawal request in order to withdraw all your deposits - €100.

They  are unable to request it manually for you as you made a deposit with Neteller and Neteller does not allow processing transactions which are not processed through the API.

Is that all? You will just accept their decision? Their insane excuse to steal my win is very dishonest? I don't want my deposit back - I want my win! I thought you were helping players. You should stick with the player not support dishonest casinos.

I risked my deposit to get that win. If they only wanted to return my deposit they should have done that before I played. They did not have a problem paying me when I won small before and accepted my deposits. They checked my documents before and had no problem with my account until I won big.

  • Hello nongsong,

Please note that we're not a regulatory body, we're trying to mediate between the players and the casinos and we're doing our best to help you. We've helped many players on this forum, but we haven't always managed to reach the ideal resolution to the problem.

We've discussed your situation with the casino, however, the casino's final decision is that they won't pay your winnings. We do understand that you're not happy with such decision, but there's nothing more we can do about this case.  They will return your deposits, however, you need to request a withdrawal first.

  • @nongsong - The LCB team have discussed this case in detail and we will be issuing a warning for EatSleepBet. They should pay your winnings. They cannot just decide to change the terms retroactively and add Thailand to restricted country list after the fact. They should honour all winnings and then close you account.

you will be issuing a warning for eatsleepbet casino...?

sorry guys that's not enough in my opinion !
a casino which act like this should be blacklisted...no question
i mean that is the worst thing a online casino can do
at all. to confiscate the winnings of a player and then
change the terms & conditions retroactively !

we talking about 11 thousand euros here...and you will
be issuing a warning ? maybe you should think about this
    decision again

  • That is very terrible behaviour from EatSleepBet. I'm sure if the player had lost they would not have refunded the deposit. They only decide to add a country to the restricted country list when a player wins big so that they can confiscate the winning.

Most countries have unclear gambling laws. EatSleepBet could apply that strategy for confiscating winnings with almost any player. Therefore almost any player who plays at EatSleepBet is at risk.

    that is the problem
that could happen to any player from any country
and that's why eatsleepbet should be blacklisted
if jswqzs.com does not do that, we have to doubt
    their credibility

    Thank you!
I emailed them and they do not reply back. So they are not cooperating with your decision. I will send a message to the representative here.

Exactly, when a site says that it's up to the players to comply with their country's laws, it's assumed that the player plays at their own risk. Not that the site will come and analyse the laws of countries which are very unclear and require legal expertise or at least the ability to read the country's language!

Now they have messaged me that they refuse to pay.
They say: it is the players' responsibility to accertain whether they are allowed to play from their jurisdiction.

I talked to my friend who is a LAW PROFESSOR at one of the good universities in my country and she told me it's fine. I have been playing for years and there are thousands of people who play in my country.
Now these guys come out and tell me it's illegal. What a joke.

They also say: Since your first withdrawal was very low, it did not trigger any red flags and our Payment team went on and approved the KYC, not being aware of the restriction that should have been in place.

This is also ridiculous since they asked for documents on the first withdrawal and said they had verified them. My documents are all Thai including my ID, my bill. So of course they knew my country.

    Scam casino!

  • Here is more nonsense from them:
"Thailand has never been our target market and was always considered a restricted country, it simply went unnoticed that the country was not being listed in our terms and conditions as such, which unfortunately allowed you to sign up, make a deposit and play."

Oh yes, how unfortunate for me to register, play, be completely verified with my documents which are clearly from Thailand, me a Thai national and my IP Thailand. For you to have Tahiland in your dropdown country box when I register. How unfortunate that I wasn't your target market. Did you forget that he WWW is the WORLD WIDE WEB?
