    i was wondering why LCB is giving the time of their day to Dobrobet.

    A site who doesn't have licence to accept Uk plyers therfore there is not protection for those who get allured by false advertisment .they t&c states so but your site says they do, infact they do and i was one of the victims.

    The site dosent have set deposit limits and neither a selfexclusion option which is really dangerous for vulnerable players.

    They should not accept money from the Uk market and they do eventough they shouldnt.

    What sort of protection a site like that can offer to people???

    i am very surprised is not listed as a rough casino ,i was allured by the fact that your site said that they accept Uk players but u should warn Uk players that the site has not license for it and they have zero protection.

    Very disappointing i was mislead by your site saying they accept uk Players without u saying with not legal rights.

    Kindly let  people know about this as players are in danger .

    It is very important for you as the player to take the responsibility and check the licensing information and do your homework before playing at any casino. We have created reviews for just that purpose, to provide information so you can make a better and more informed decision. If the casino does not show the UK gambling commission in the footer of their website or if we do not show it on the review page then best to stay away regardless if they accept UK or not. Use our UK licensed list when deciding when to play.

    - If you look at our review page firstly look at the rating (as you can see it's not great).

    - Look at the jurisdiction info (no sign of UK license, it just states Curacao)

     

  • Before signing up it's mandatory to read their t&c to prevent future issues such as withdrawals. If a casino does not have a license for UK players and still accepts them it is a wise decision to avoid this casino at all cost. You are responsible of your own safety, this is the main reason why casinos only accept players at age 18 or above.     Please do refrain from spreading lies about our company. We have a Curacao licence and we advertise it so, nothing more and nothing less.

    The Terms and Conditions clearly specify that it is your own obligation to establish whether it is legal or not for you to use our services, and that we hold no legal responsibility for your actions. It also clearly states how the self-exclusion procedure works, and your account was closed by your request.

    I can't but wonder whether you have done something like this before, playing in the casino you maybe should not and then demanding returns in case of loss but gladly accepting the winnings.

  • Dear Dobrobet , before u offer uk players u should get a Uk license. I let the gambling commission know that u are offering a Uk registration in your site and accepting UK money ( i hope u are paying taxes for it). I registered in your site as it was advertised here that u accepted UK players thinking was a legitimate site. Now in this site, they says u are not accepting UK players but u do or at least u did. I registered and couldn't find a deposit limit and neither an option for self-exclusion which is a very dangerous zone for vulnerable players and serious casinos have this options. I ended up playing over 10k in a site who doesn't have a legal right to accept money in a jurisdiction where they don't have a license for. The uk gambling commission says "If you provide facilities for remote gambling (online or through other means), or advertise to consumers in Britain, you will need a licence from the Gambling Commission. So my question is why are accepting Uk players? What sort of protection are u offering to uk players? I have been contacting your sites and they totaly refused my refund and now i got action fraud involved and we will see if u are allowed to accpet uk money without a license.     If the moderators wishes we can provide the listings of bets to see if the stated sum is correct.

  • Just to clear a few things.

    Dobrobet casino does not have a list of the restricted countries in their t&c.

    So per their t&c all the countries are allowed to open an account.

    I think we all agree that this sentence in the DobroBet t&c does not explain anything and it doesn't state which countries are restricted:

    "2.3. In opening Your Account You certify that:

    (d) Gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside."

    If the casino has the list of the restricted countries they should be visible in the casino t&c so that players can be informed.

    Many casinos just block the country so that they cannot open the website or just don't allow players to finish the registration process if they come from the banned country.

    On July 3rd, we ask them to send us the list of the restricted countries, which they did, but the UK wasn't among them. This is the list of the restricted countries that they sent to us:

    " Aruba, Belize, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St Martin, USA. "

    DobroBet Casino has the United Kingdom among the countries on their registration list.




    Dobrobet Casino doesn't have the UK license on their website, but we opened an account coming from the UK.

    We also asked them to provide us the proof that they have the UK and Serbian license, but we didn't get it.

    After that, we wanted to protect the UK players from playing here, so we updated our review page and added the UK as a restricted country for this casino.

    Serious casino get uk license if they want to operate in the Uk market,serious casino offer a deposit limit to protect vulnerable players. Serious casino do not offer uk registrations if they dont have a licence .

    And dont make me start with all  the stuff they did with the softwares , as many sites are warning players about this casino.

    They say im a potential fraudest when the only victims are those who fell for this casino.

    Anyway i hope the gambling commission made them pay the taxes they shold pay to take u money without an uk license.

    I will obviously withdraw my report to action fraud and LCB if u refund my money and stop accepting uk players , if not i will get the money with the law, your license holder and your finance department is not replying but i need the recipes sent via email as i need to update my crime report .

    Trading standards will be involved and hopefull u will also stop accepting players and offering a registration in a jurisdiction that dosent belong to u and u should get a Uk license if you want to make money into the Uk market as every serious casino does.

  • Hello! How can you explain, that for your mistakes must pay your customer?

    My account verified, and I have already recieving payouts from them. Than I've recieved promo e-mail from them. I came to their live chat and asked, what offer available for me. They offered me 100% reload up to 500 eur. Terms were not publiced anywhere and I asked what are terms of my offer. I've recieved answer: "The terms are the same like for Sports Welcome Bonus". I accepted it, deposited 500 eur and started to play. Yesterday I log in my account and saw, that all money dissapeared (about 1900 eur). I've asked them in live chat. They told that it is expired because this bonus only for 14 days.But in terms for Welcome Bonus told about 30 days. They confirmed that it is their error, but they can do nothing. Also they confirmed that terms not publiced anywhere and I couldn't find it. By their error I've lost all money. May be you can help me? Here is some quotes from our chat. Have fun!

I explained it them. But they didn't offer any refund (at least a deposit). And now when I try to log in appear "INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD"

  • Hello, I have to file another complaint about Dobrobet. It's about almost 7,000 EUR.

    I registered a few weeks ago and made a withdrawal about two weeks ago. Shortly after my withdrawal request they closed my account. In the meantime they blocked me from live chat in my main browser (I guess by a cookie or something), so I have to user other browsers or devices to get access to chat.

    They are consistently telling me they have troubles with their PSP but they will pay as soon as they found a new PSP. Allegedly it would only affect the German market. So I asked them to send me the equivalent amount of money through Bitcoin and gave them a Bitcoin address. They rejected my inquiry saying that also Bitcoin is not available for Germans at the moment which is kind of ridiculous because there are no geo-restrictions for Bitcoin.

    So basically they say they will pay but I'm afraid it's not the truth after I read all these negative reviews from other users and lcb's report about faked casino games and so on.

    I hope things will get sorted out though.

We can try again but I'm not sure they are willing to discuss it. You can file a complaint to their regulatory body Curacao, maybe they can help you out.

  • Unfortunately, we can't help you guys with the complaints because the casino doesn't want to assist us in sorting them out. They don't want to cooperate with us. You are more than welcome to post your complaints about this brand here but we can't offer the mediation. We still do not recommend this casino.

  • Hi LCB'ers,

    For the record LCB has removed DobroBet from the official Casino Rep list. 

    As Melissa mentioned we do not recommend this casino as we believe they cannot be fully trusted having in mind their records from the day they were founded.

    Granted they were pretty quick to remove the fake/pirated games ( after they were busted that is ) , but they also ignored all our questions as to how this happened in the first place ( make your own conclusion here ) and who was their fake game supplier ( this part is important as those rogue suppliers sadly have many casino clients so we believe ) . 

    They were also very unprofessional and not too cooperative and initially threatened LCB and the team with legal actions because of the findings we published in our rogue report, neglecting the fact that we immediately posted new report as soon as we verified that the fake games were removed (literally within days ).
    The affiliate managers we dealt with were quite unprofessional and it got heated couple times through our email correspondence especially because of our rogue report and pretty much accused us of bunch of BS stuff that I wont go into. Well sorry, but LCB is here to protect the players and report on all shady biz and we dont budge to threats.

    From this topic and their initial replies you can get pretty good idea how they deal with things ( just go back to the start of this thread ) and  I think the owner(s) of this casino should definitely reconsider the way they hire their staff and get more experienced affiliate/casino managers who will be up to the task.

    They f'ed up , had fake games and now that the truth is out they need to deal with public judgment, rightfully so.  And instead of being a royal PITA they should admit their mistakes and do everything in their power to rebuild the reputation.

    But it is their prerogative not to deal with complaints on LCB and they are not obligated to get involved. We are to respect their choice but also respectfully will recommend players to play elsewhere.

    FYI this thread will be closed in the next few days ( since they no longer wish to be represented at LCB ), however any further issues and complaints can be posted in our complaints section.

    May I ask why you follow their request? Everybody in the world has the right to make a forum where users can review websites. As long as the truth is being said there is nothing the reviewed company can do about. It doesn't matter what they want you to do. It's solely your decision.

    So how am I supposed to update the thread now? There is no possibilty to edit my post, right?

    Since this specific thread was designed for direct support help and since they no longer wish to participate we have no reason to keep it open ( as it goes against the purpose of this thread ).

    But we do recognize that there potentially might be new issues and its why I said new complaints can be posted at the other section.

    We will keep this topic open for a reasonable amount of time, with hope your issue will be resolved. If it gets closed in the meantime you will be able to post at complaints section or you can give us a shout via PM and we can reopen it.
