    "Accepted a 10 FREE SPINS BONUS on King Winalot. It was looking like a bust, because by spin 8 I had only won 2 or 3 dollars. Spin 10 hit for $33 and some change. I then managed to turn that $33 into $2000, met the playthrough and had my balance trimmed to the MAX WITHDRAW of $180. I then turned that into another $2000+!!! Set up for withdrawl, ID and documents sent and I get an email stating my accout had been deleted and could NEVER sign up again!!! I did all the required steps and got ZILCH!!! Thought I hit spin button three more times but somewhere in there I hit max bet which is right next to spin button so I did 4 spins totaling $44 which I only caught because I noticed my balance was $81.00. Immediately contacted support. Was told sorry you dont get the $40 back and the remaining balance is worthless. Any winnings will be void.

But I am a bit surprised of this, because I already verified my ID and my adress in Paris. Should a player send documents each time he spent vacations in a foreign country? Is this forbiden for a player to play from another adress than his usual adress in his country? I hope sending my airplane and appartment bookings will solve the problem. If not, can you please tell me which documents do you require for this, because I don't know what else I can do...

    I received this morning an answer from the Uptown verification service saying I can make my withdrawal request and my account has been updated after I sent documents to explain my "IP discrepancy". So I think everything is OK now, but I hope I won't have to send them my airplane and appartment booking each time I travel and play from another country...

    Thank you for your answer, but it's not really clear for me... Perhaps it's because of my english speaking which is a bit better since I try reading and writing in the LCB forum, but not perfect. I clearly understand that availability of free tournaments are determined by account activity, it seems to me completly normal. But I don't see what's wrong with my activity, I always respect casinos terms and conditions and if I don't, I do it by mistake, because I didn't know or understand something. 

    Or the problem is that I am not a player "having a hard time getting wins"? I only play tournaments and I am curious to know what is the difference between "having a hard time getting wins" or not? Each tournament has its own rules, they are the same for all the players and the goal of the game is to be the first playing with these rules. That's what I like in the tournaments, the competition with other players, and the strategy, going on or stopping add-on, reacting or not to other players actions... And I don't understand what's wrong with that...

    - fristly the Bitcoin withdrawal I requested the 6th of April is "in progress" since 2 complete days (it is said "process on the 11th", I contacted the livechat yesterday and they told me it will be porcessed on the 12th... but still nothing...). 2 complete days is pretty long for a bitcoin payment: is there any other problem with my withdrawal?
