I won $50 from a free spins coupon. Went thru verification, making the initial $10 verification deposit (I deposited $12). Afterwards, I requested the $50 cashout, and began playing the $12 deposit. I won $225 playing RTG777, so I cancelled my withdrawal for $50 and submitted a new one for $150. In my transactions it approves 2 payments, one "manager approved" for $91, and one for $59. I received the $59 in Bitcoin 72 hours later. After contacting live chat, I was informed that my coupon terms were still in effect for the $12 deposit, which is why my withdrawal had been altered to $59.
$50 - Coupon Max cashout
$9 - my $12 deposit, minus fees
Now, I may be wrong, but doesn't a new fund action, such as my deposit, kill all previous bonus terms? Please let me know if I'm just wasting my time writing this. It's still an easy $47, so I'm not too mad, but I do think it was a petty move to take my winnings. My username on the site is ka********* and my email is mi**********. (It was assigned by Inclave.)
Either way, thanks for taking the time to read my complaint.
