February 23rd, I was playing Fashion Bones from Ka Gaming at Punt Casino. I hit the required amount of scatters for bonus. I was paid for the line but never went to free games. $5 per spin. No requirements to be filled like play-through or max cash out. The Spin Number is: 593260c9949bf16a0cf8a6dc708dd7d4 I brought this attention to the live chat and they told me that they will escalate the issue and to check back 24hrs later. I've been back multiple times. Everytime I check back, they say it'll take another 24hrs to respond and update. I've talked to multiple reps and no other support has been given. Nor can I/they call to check on the issue. I've kept all of the transcripts from every rep conversation. Last week, I filed a another ticket online. Also, zero response. (It caught my attn. during gameplay) Then, over 3 days of hearing different reasons each time why this happened via live chat and more excuses why they still will not payout as per T&C after it’s been 72hrs, I strongly suggest everyone stay far away from Punt Casino. They don’t abide by their own T&C and they are crooked frauds that will manipulate your acct. to avoid paying out winnings fair and square. P.S. One of the customer support specialists ended our live chat saying I was banned after I sent photos of my recorded gameplay that proved it was impossible for ME to request free spin bonuses as per the same times as the recorded transaction history, which is what put a cap on the amount of funds that I was allowed to request for withdrawal. Funds I still haven’t received. So unless you want to be scammed, stay away from Punt Casino!!!

They do not offer any sort of free play for new players. I’ve never seen a layout like the one they have. It took a minute before finding their “promotions” . They do have a low minimum deposit of only nine dollars to start playing though
