  • Hate to do this, but Ruby Slots has left me no choice.

    On March 28th, 2024 I deposited and withdrew winnings of $740. The withdrawal was approved (after an escalation was requested) on April 12th. On April 26th a chat agent told me I would get my funds within 24 hours. I still don't have my funds, even though we are now outside the promised time frame of delivering payouts. Now I am told I will need to escalate the payment, and it will be reviewed within 48 hours. Notice they say reviewed within 48 hours, not paid out within 48 hours.

    Bummer, Ruby used to be great!

    So what can I do with the balances? It actually means that all the funds are useless and pointless. It doesn't make sense to win with free chips if you can't withdraw your winnings. You should prevent bonuses in this case like: You have to deposit before claiming this free bonus" etc...

    I reviewed the situation and unfortunately the win in question was on the 8th consecutive free chip with no history of cash deposit into the casino until the account confirmation deposit after the win. This confirmation deposit was refunded however the rules of the casino as well as the free chips themselves state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. Because the win was on th 8th consecutive chip without cash deposit the requested withdrawal was denied. Hopefully this clarifies things.
