  • Hate to do this, but Ruby Slots has left me no choice.

    On March 28th, 2024 I deposited and withdrew winnings of $740. The withdrawal was approved (after an escalation was requested) on April 12th. On April 26th a chat agent told me I would get my funds within 24 hours. I still don't have my funds, even though we are now outside the promised time frame of delivering payouts. Now I am told I will need to escalate the payment, and it will be reviewed within 48 hours. Notice they say reviewed within 48 hours, not paid out within 48 hours.

    Bummer, Ruby used to be great!

  • Gotta post another complaint (unfortunately). First, my $2500 withdrawal at Ruby Slots is still pending, even though it has been over 10 business days since approval (4/17/2024).

    Second, it has been 10 business days since my $500 withdrawal was approved at Dreams Casino. I still don't have the money.

    Oops, I meant I requested a $2500 withdrawal from Ruby on 4/17, not that it was approved on 4/17. It has not been approved yet
