I do see you started your post with a question about the playthrough and what you can cashout. You have to be very careful to make certain you hit playthrough. Now when you clear the playthrough and it says withdrawable, that doesnt exactly mean the whole balance can be cashed out. If you took a bonus, then the bonus can not be cashed out. For example if there was a $200 bonus and you have $708 right now, the most you could cashout is $508. This is of course if you are using a deposit bonus and not a free chip deposit. But from the looks of it I am assuming you took a deposit bonus.

Looks like a $61 free chip with a x5 max cashout. So when you make your withdrawal make sure you include the $61 free chip as well as they will deduct this from the winnings. The total you should therefore withdraw is $305 + the $61 = 366. You will receive $305. Play the rest off before you withdraw.

i talked with Lola, a live rep and she told me to just request the full amount and that they would subtract the difference to make $305
I sent in my verification forms and documents. I then requested a cash out via card pay to my metabank visa debit (netspend) which has direct deposits on it.

No they said they void the amount that's over the max cash out. So even if i left it in there, they take and clear it out and it resets to 0.
Also They are asking for a $21 deposit as part of the verification process, which they say I will get back and do not have to leave in the account, along with the $296
(I requested pay my card option which costs $9 fee , so $305-9)
I already cashed out for the $708, now just waiting on the cashier to verify me
Just curious though, is this $21 a normal proceedere for all clubworld casinos>? They said once I am verified , it will be valid for all casinos under the family. (High Noon being one)
I sent in all the requested docuemnts and signed forms via email. -

The High Noon Casino says it finally has my documents now, after 3 days of time. But now they are claiming i put in the wrong social security number in my account info online. i know I entered that correctly. They are asking me to wait another day now while they look into it.

I will have to wait until April 1st to make a deposit. I spoke with your customer reps, they said it would take 2 days to process my cash out out once i made a deposit and then 7 days to actually receive the funds. So i will have to wait until April 1st to do this. If I make a deposit for $21 now , i will be out of money till my next payday. I was thinking I would have gotten the cash out sooner, but since it would be too long and I need food money, I have no choice but to wait until then.

This is the reply and they suggest raising this issue with the Live Help.
"we’ve checked the player and as far as we can tell there should be no issue with the player being able to retrieve the offer. We see the coupon is still available to be claimed.
We’ve also tested this from our side and the offer is redeemed and the games loads without issue?
The best thing that I can offer at this point is to refer the player to our CS team who are available 24/7 to help out with such issues. Should they not be able to resolve it then they can escalate it to RTG for bug checking.

i finally got my withdraw approved after a request made on 4/12/13 (after i paid the $21) for verification, it just now got approved on the 18th minus the fees, they said it would take another 3-5 business days to show on my bank account card. Is this about right?

I made the mistake of questioning the number of withdraws that came out of my bank account with Aladdin's Gold, I'm new to this online casino thing and didn't know Lucky Red was affiliated. I had a balance of 565.00 at Lucky Red and was waiting for my verification paperwork to be approved so I could withdraw it. They closed my account, kept my deposits and kept the 565.00 I won. I do not know how they can get away with this....lesson learned.

"I have spoken to management about this player, as they have had previous contact with her.
Management has agreed to process the refunds for both AGC and LRC totalling $639
The player will not receive winnings in LRC totalling $565
As we are processing refunds for her, they amount to more $ $ than her winnings anyway, so hopefully this player will be happy.
The players accounts will remain closed and she will be banned from the Club World Group and affiliated casinos, as she has threatened chargebacks with us. I am sorry to say.
The refunds are being processed as we speak."
As you can see, all your deposits are being refunded to you which amount to more than your winnings. You will not be able to play at any of the Club World Casinos.

also when support told me about the refund policy i was like wow you can do refunds, they said yes but it blocks your account for ever
you know, i have a question about these refunds, is there some form of a rule though in order for you to ask for a refund??
and will they refund all deposits you ever made there and deduct if you made withdrawals from the total, how would they fully work??

Lucky - It would be everything you deposited but having made withdrawals, I would guess it would be highly unlikely to get everything back.
I don't agree with chargebacks in any shape or form and I think in Weezer's case, she was checking the position and they took it as a "chargeback" request (this is a guess based on the wording of weezer's post).
I totally discourage you from doing this if you are thinking about it. Making withdrawals on deposits and then querying those deposits does not a chargeback situation create.

well ok still patiently waiting for my winnings to show up on my visa debit card. Today is the 3rd business day from the day when it was approved. the $21 was already charged to my card (and sadly i did not win on that $21) but i do have the winnings coming for $296. Just not sure when to expect it now, because i got another chat message stating it can take up to 7 business days, just to post.

What gives with the Club World Group lately? 1st it we are dealing with payments that were not properly credited to our casino accounts but charged against our cards and now....it is taking nearly TWO WEEKS to get bank transfer/wire withdrawals into our accounts? This is the group I have been sticking with the past few months because of the more timely payments and reliability but after this last go around with excuse after excuse about processor problems....I've lost faith in CWC as well. Martyn, I "pm'd" you yesterday to ask what the heck is going on but you didn't reply so here I am once again in the public genre to let people know there seems to be some hiccups again with this group. I am beyond frustrated.
