I am really hoping that some can help me or to advise me on this. I am a U.S. player and put in for a bank transfer withdrawal from Lucky Red over a month ago. (It was approved by the cashier five weeks ago.) I am still waiting for my $3960.
My account information has been verified several times. And even though they Lucky Red's customer service reps are extremely courteous via telephone and e-mail, the answer is always the same. "You should have it any day now." "...by the end of the week." "...the start of next week." Delay, delay, delay.
For a week now, they have also been telling me that they are waiting to hear back from the processor. C'mon.
I know it was foolish on my part to count on it, but I was counting on this money to allow me to travel to my sister's wedding at the end of this month. Looks like that's not going to happen.

Definitely want to let everyone know that I received my funds from Lucky Red today. It took much longer than I was originally told. I don't think that a month is an unreasonable period of time to wait for this sort of thing, but it would have been better if they had stated that up front.
But again, in the end, I did receive my money, and I would play with them again! -

withdrawl at CW and courier check approved on Sept. 3 told would recieve via fedex in 3-5 days still haven't received it and twice support advises it can take upto 10 days.
Sorry but fedex express never takes longer than 3 days as that is what they guarantee on express envelope delivery. Obviously it was not yet given to fedex and can't get anyone to followup. -

I always enjoyed playing at Club World Casinos, but very rarely have won any amount worth withdrawing. I've made almost all of my deposits exclusively into Club World (Club USA) and NEVER have withdrawn. Although the customer service and promotions teams have always been friendly and helpful, I just couldn't justify making any more deposits - knowing that I would most likely lose any money I've put in. This has been a disappointment of mine time and time again with this casino and I've made very few deposits recently because of it. I'm wondering if there is any chance I can be given some sort of promotion - free chip - to give me further reassurance that Club World does value my loyalty?

I was just advised by chat support that they are having problems with courier check payouts and that my courier check they have consistantly said was sent on 9/3/12 was not infact sent but that I should be receiving in by early next week. Not sure if I by that. I asked if i could change the payout method and I was told no because it has already been processed. If that is true then why have they not given the express envelope to fedex yet?
I urge everyone one to stop depositing and if you are going to make a withdrawal don't choose courier check, choose another method.
please let others know if you also have experienced a delay. I have been told by support over the last week that it could take up to 10 business days to receive my check via express courier(which I knew was bogus) and now finally told the truth that it has never been sent. -

sarah, this makes me more confused. the check was sent on 3 sept 2012 correct? or is this not correct....this doesnt make ANY SENSE...please explain more thoroughly to eliminate our confusion please

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you more - we use processors to send checks, so when we say they were sent on 9/3/12, we mean that everything has been completed here and has "left the building" so to speak.
It's then with the check processor, which is why it can take up to 10 business days.
Unfortunately in this case there's been an extra delay with one of the batches of checks.
We are continually reviewing deposit and withdrawl methods for players to ensure we have the best possible options for players, and you will receive your check.

Today I clicked on the Top 10 casinos listed here..I went to Lucky Red..on their website which comes up to download from here it has a promo with code CWC500..when I asked live chat if I could use it they said "no it was not valid"..when I copied and pasted it and told them it was on their opening page today she still said it was not a valid code..was not a good beginning as a new depositor on there..I have the complete chat Smackness if you are interested..if it is not a valid code it shouldn't be on your page as a current promotion.

Sorry I meant to say Club USA..this is where I tried using code CWC500 which is on the site when you click on "top 10 casinos" and then "promotions"..got confused because prior to trying to use that code on ClubUSA I tired using MOONCASKES500 On Lucky Red and couldn't use that one either (apparently that one doesn't start until 9/28) but not sure why ClubUSA would not let me use their CWC500 code but I will send you the screenshot. -

Aladdin's Gold Casino has been the only casino that I've won on a 'no deposit bonus'. I do have two winning casino accounts, unfortunately I lost several winners by playing restricted games due to my ignorance as a beginner. (Another story with a set of other issues).
Anyway, here I won $125 over the 'no deposit bonus' of $25. Actually $21 of the $125 was my account confirmation deposit. (Does this not seem right?) Whatever.
August 16, I requested a withdrawal of $150 via MypaylinQ and was declined. Since I sent copies via fax, my photo ID wasn't clear. I resubmitted photo copies via email 8/17 and was declined because I did not show the back of my VISA card. Resubmitted 8/27 and declined due to my VISA Card signature being blurred. Used my webcam to close up on the signature and now waiting.
Note: I have accounts with all the Club World Casinos Group as well as Cool Cat and Palace of Chance Casinos who used first draft of my account verification forms and have paid me.
Note II: Now that I have vented it seems as though this is not such a big deal. If this is so, then, I apologize and never mind.0.3/ 5

Martyn, found your message here after posting my situation in regards to Aladdin's Gold Casino. Being new to this site (LCB), I'm not sure where my message went but what ever, it is all factual. Hopefully my situation will be resolved having been put through this bullshit. Just note that not once did they contact me other than the declination email. I did like this casino for being fair in gaming but I'm sure the screw has tightened now.

I have had the same exact issue with Club World, they used to be my favorite casino and I deposited there exclusively even though I never won. I took a break and recently began depositing again. I have lost every recent deposit within 5 to 15 minutes and gotten little compensation to feel they value me as a returning loyal member. I even dealt with a screw up pre authorization which resulted in my credit card having the funds held for a week and a half. I sent the cashier screenshots of my account yet was offered no compensation while waiting on the funds to be released. I still tried again just a few days ago. I hate to give up on this casino because I do enjoy playing there, and the reviews are that it is one of the most trusted. They say my bonuses outweigh my deposits, most of which is from free chips I fooled around with before becoming a depositing member. But since I started depositing I have put plenty in and never came close to withdraw. I feel like it wouldn't hurt them to throw me a chip to show they appreciate my continuing to deposit and I would definitely do more so again if they did. (luckytmr)

Sorry I failed to update eveyone on my withdrawal, I did finally receive the check 5 days later.
IMO all of the RTG's are having processor problems/delays because CW, INETBET took way longer to approve and for me to receive payment than anytime in past several years and now Casino Titan is delaying approval as it has been 5 days since requested and still pending.1.4/ 5

Last month, my wife tried her first online casino, Lucky Red, using no comps/bonus of any kind, just her credit card and a $21 cash deposit. Against all odds, she won just over $500 on Builder Beaver slot at LR; she is still going through the same ID/credit card routine in exactly the same steps as alleged in this topic's reply #298 in trying to collect her win.
We too videoed ID/card, but that wasn't good enough for LR; last Friday we color-scanned fronts/backs directly and emailed to LR but at the moment haven't received payment or heard back latest...which is what put me in interest of finding an informative website like this one. -

This is really becoming an ongoing issue with all RTG casinos .... They can accept your deposits with no problems, but when it comes time to payout, there is always an issue. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for winnings from another casino .... the withdrawals were approved on the 2nd and 4th of October and still no cash.

club world group is good.....once you get the id straightened out, they'll pay....and fast....i have cashed out many times with them. the only time i had a problem was a little while back when they seemed to be having some issues....hound them and tell them you'll play at other casinos...email cashier...good luck

Hey prospector, I know this seems a little late but I just noticed your comment(s) about payout, ID, docs, etc. I know I've said this before and I hope it helps; I always make sure all the documents/ID, etc.
needed for withdraws are submitted way in advance of any type of withdraw request. That way you can call them ahead of time and double check that they have everything they need. I noticed it just works faster that way and is much less of a headache for everyone. -

So far I have been playing at Lucky Red and Club World ... Lucky Red's slots seem to paying alot better than Club Worlds ... I get alot more playing time for my money at Lucky Red ... I can deposit $50 and take the 65% bonus and play for a very long time ... I dont always win anything but have tons of fun .... the other day they gave me a $15 free chip and I ended up cashing out $150 which is the max. Had alot of fun doing it to ... I have yet to try any of the other CW group casinos .... do you have any suggestions? -

i have an honest suggestion...quit while you are ahead...once you are a big winner the only road left is to be a big loser....just my opinion and personal experience

I don't think you would have hit the $16,000 on a deposit....never happens.
I have hit the jackpot so many times playing a free tourney, at many casinos, but of course, never with real money.
I can only imagine how you feel but they do have a max cashout on free chips... look on the bright side... earn a lot of points and then hope for another big hit. -

I am asking for help for my girlfriend at AllStar Slots her account is ryderboy1.
She is having issues with PayMyCard, she had a payout sent to her US Bank card, but and now her card is flagged for p-fraud. As it appears, the card is locked.
The problem is that her account(bank card) has been suspended for over a month. The card company is asking that the merchant make contact with them to return the funds. We are asking that you initiate contact with the card company, as the card company has already agreed to return the funds. Can you please look into this? -

Hi Martyn....my username at Club World is colywog and I have a withdrawal pending....there was a lot of confusion with my withdrawal method....a chat rep had told me to switch methods for faster processing...then another rep told me to change it again....it never got processed and I ultimately reverted to my original method which was bank transfer.....this is where the problem lies....I had to give new bank info, which they got, but it turns out the SWIFT code was wrong....the withdrawal was approved for $3,960 on 12/31 and I notified them today about the SWIFT code....but they haven't since let me know what's going on with the withdrawal....is there any way you can find out when I will be getting my wire? Thanks
