WTH does 10X wagering have to do with money laundering? So if they lose some then you all keep the dirty money? 10X is ROGUE behavior. Basically you are giving them bonus requirements on a straight cash deposit. Anyone reading this should AVOID this casino. They don't care about its players only want losers to deposit and jump thru a 10X hoop. Shame on you for this rogue term!

Problem - Made the correct deposit amount of over 200mltc after entering correct code on the bonus page for 50 freespins,  the freespins were not added to my account. Live supports reason doesnt make any sense.

Live supports response -  the cryptocurrency moves up and down and you shall check it's value before making a deposit in crypto currency against minimum needed in order to get the bonus you would like to have.The fact that cryptocurrency amount is different written in the bonus - that's the nature of crypocurency to move alot and unfortunately we can't update the sum of it as it moves.

Proof - Screenshot of the advertised promo on the bonus page simply states a min deposit of 200mtlc to receive the 50 freespins (see attached screenshot link below)

Hey Guys, I have inspected this case and I see that our support and I have already answered this user to all things that are necessary. But, for the sake of clarity here you go again: Let's start with the fact that what user is telling is not correct :

1. He is saying that he entered bonus code - that is correct, he did, but that bonus code we have never ever had on our casino. So, it is invented by the user. What is not correct as well, is the fact, that the bonuses that he is showing you in the screenshots doesn't require any bonus codes in order to get them. So, the user is misleading you.

2. He is telling you that he deposited 200mltc - that is not correct as well. Please, see the screenshot of his deposit - https://www.screencast.com/t/eCLVru47w0 - as you see, this is not 200mltc

Our live support has spent time and I have spent time on this but not anymore. I consider this case closed as the user misleading the community and just wasting our time.

Casino Rep clearly clarified what's happened regarding this case, so we will mark this case as RESOLVED.

I was told that I could make multiple deposits until I got to the correct amount I made 2 deposits equaling over 200mtlc. and when I spoke with support this was not the reason they gave for why it wasnt added to my account. The screenshot I attached clearly shows a bonus that is redeemable for making a min 200mltc deposit or deposits as per MIchael all deposits would add up then I would get the bonus.

Regarding this case, if you want to claim this bonus you need to deposit the whole amount , it can not be partial deposit, so to be eligible for claiming the bonus your deposit should be 200mLTC not 165mLTC.
