Anybody else noticed over the past week or two how the sites keep going out and not working ? The customer service is horrible and no loyalty rewards????? This is so disappointing and I wish some other casinos with instant withdrawals would come out because I would definitely move my play !!!!!

How do you even play at this group? From my computer every one of their sites is unplayable. Brango, Extreme, Yabby and limitless all getting the exact same handshake connection error. Shame, whatever happened back in April sure took a toll on this group, had to be a management change or the entire group was sold. New owners don't quite have their act together. Has to be killing their bottom line, guess it explains all of the cutbacks, no loyalty chips, no cashback, no monthly chip, no live support, no decent bonuses, comp points cut back. But yes they pay out like clockwork.......for now. That's the next shoe to drop.

well its kinda weird that I can sign into all of them with out a problem but I have 2 people I refered that cant log in at all server maintenance is that error. And that been a solid 48 hours. Heres the weird part same internet provider just different houses same town all use windows and ios. So why are they being blocked and what can they do to fix the problem if its on their end.

See, what every other website whether its a gaming site or a casino, they ALWAYS announce that there will be a maintenance on a set date as a common courtesy. And never have I seen a maintenance go on for more than 5 hours which leads me to believe this casino is having major issues and I am glad I don't have a significant amount of $$$ locked up there.

I asked the pitboss for an update before I deposited because the past few times everything works fine until I try to actually play the games. Lobby works fine, cashier works fine but unfortunately the games are still 100% unplayable for me. Glad I didn't deposit. Still get the occasional SSL handshake error but the most frustrating part is every single games progress bar spins and spins and never loads. I guess we'll get an explanation once everything is resolved.

It's much better today, played at limitless for a bit and made a deposit at Yabby and actually had some very good luck at the video poker tables. It's not perfect by any means, still have to log in almost every time I change games but Yabby is playable. Requested a withdrawal on a straight deposit and it was processed within 10 minutes. Still no idea what is going on with this group, support told me the casino was not under maintenance and the issue was on my end, to clear cache, cookies blah blah blah. I'd have much more respect for this group if they just admitted what the issues were. If they're being ddos'ed , that's fine, if they don't know what is going on that's fine too, don't tell me the issue is on my side, that's BS.

Trying to verify my ID at Brango, I sent selfie & DL to them on September 2. If I'm correct they don't process verifications but Monday thru Friday. I figured I would have heard something by now. It's been 5 business days. I was just wanting to get verified so I would be good to go on withdraws,when I hit that " BIG JACKPOT ". My verification at brango was within two hours but that was a while ago. Recently, I had to submit verification for limitless and I had to email support and ask about it. Chat replied within 5 minutes and I was verified. I've noticed limitless has some weird email issues, my emails are returned bc their mailbox is full, and the emails of mine that they reply to have SPAM in he subject line. I'd just email support and see if they could check on it. If you're verified at any of their sister sites it should be quick.

Everything seems to be working much better for me. Deposits and withdrawals are still lightning fast. And it looks like they are still issuing loyalty chips, maybe it's a weekly thing now, not sure but I did receive one from Yabby and Limitless. I don't play at Brango or Extreme any longer so I can't speak for them but I'd assume the same.

Casino Extreme wont pay me out $550 that i won fair and square. If a game is restricted, then the game should be "X" out like they are when you claim a bonus on any genuine transparent casino and they dont even allow you the opportunity to play the game you cannot play . And all the casinos ive played on i have never in my life heard that the bonus terms still are in effect until the next "fund action" is made on the account, whatever that means. Once the playthrough is met and bonus completed those are your funds to play what games you want. I deposited 80 dollars and claimed a free spin bonus of 150 spins and a 35x playthrough. I completed the bonus and the playthrough with around 650 dollars in my account and the bonus was completed and my funds were able to be withdrawn. I never play blackjack so i played a few hands. According to one person it was 7 bets and according to another it was 9 bets, so thats my first red flag. It states all other games like pontoon blackjack, live dealer, etc cannot be played with the bonus. Not one time does it say regular blackjack is a restricted game, it just doesnt say it is one of the "allowable games" either. I go to get my withdrawal and im told i played restricted games because instead of putting restricted games attached to the bonus it seems this place put "allowable games" and not the ones you cannot play. Which is clearly sneaky and bad business. So instead they said they gave an "exception" of giving my deposit back. Exception? No, I won fair and square and didnt play blackjack until my bonus was complete and all playthrough met. Ironic how the deposit that they issued back, Lost every single spin, every single one. Who knows what they did to my account when they were suppose to be processing my withdraw and instead say i played a restricted game. No where does it say regular blackjack is restricted on anything. The funnier thing is i started playing blackjack with 660 or so and wagered exactly 110 worth aparently which is my requested payout amount. So i didnt even win a dime but they still robbed me for my money after me being clear and completing a free spin deposit bonus . Id think twice before playing here because clearly thats some sort of tactic this casino does to screw people. Place is a joke and crooked.

This T&C's can be confusing to say the least. There's one coupon that says no table games but it lets you play let it ride poker which is a table game. Not sure if it would void your winnings. Even if I clear a slots only bonus I don't play anything but slots, I always assumed the restricted games were still restricted even though you could play them. Best to not take a bonus and you don't have to worry about any of it, it takes some getting used to but playing straight up is the way to go.

My point exactly . Very crooked and shady business practice in my opinion. It's a set up to do someone the way they did me. And holding a person accountable to bonus terms even after completing the bonus makes zero sense. Because your basically still under that bonus and like it's still active on the account. Once you complete a bonus on a legitimate site like bovada or something , it's your money. What you do with those funds doesn't matter . And it doesn't even allow you to click or play the games restricted. The even more messed up part is, I had more money BEFORE I played blackjack. So. This is a joke to me. It's like someone being off probation and signed the papers and everything but still make you come in to take a urine test and if you don't you go back to jail even though you signed the papers to be off probation.

Here you can see the terms of the coupon you used:

Bonus Terms will remain in effect after Wagering has been met. Bonus Terms will remain in effect after a Withdrawal is processed. Bonus Terms will remain in effect after Playable Balance drops below $/€ 1. Depositing on top of your existing bonus balance does not void the Bonus Terms. Any violations of the terms while they are in effect, may result in all winnings being voided as per the Terms & Conditions."
The problem is that you have played BJ after you finished the wagering, which is not non-progressive game, and is not allowed in this Casino to be played with this bonus.

I've seen that exact bonus at Yabby, it's a horrible bonus unless you're depositing the minimum $20. But if you deposit the minimum your max cash out is $300. No matter how much you deposit your bonus is 150 free spins @.25. It's just where this group has headed after their "transition" a few months back. Almost every bonus has a max cash out , it's worse at limitless, the max co is 10x, not very limitless is you ask me.

Now after almost 2 weeks to get verified & request a withdrawal they tell me it's been denied due to having an active bonus while claiming a bonus. Well unfortunately this isn't possible...You can't claim an active bonus while one is active... you have to cancel the active one 1st to be able to. I didn't have an active bonus
