  • Hey Berks, is there anyway for you guys to issue a warning email to members or something? All 5 casinos( brango,extreme, limitless, yabby, and bonus blitz) claim they're having issues with deposits and withdrawals, however it seems some deposits are clearing and making it into accounts and some aren't. Somehow the "deposit" section of all casinos appears to be working fine i.e. options loading, addresses generating etc.. but mysteriously, NO options appear if you click withdrawal. Reminds of when sites or exchanges exit scam. The money's able to flood in, all the while there is no way for money to flow out.. seems fishy...

  • Thought this one was kinda funny...Yabby...lol. "live withdrawal time" full of sh*t! How can the "live" time be 8 min and 31 seconds but no one has been able to withdraw for hours. Since yesterday apparently. Withdrawal options aren't even showing up in the cashier. 

  • Add Casino Adrenaline to the list. They are still claiming that their site is under maintainance and they are having issues with deposits. I wish there was a way to report them to the Curacao Gambling Commission.

  • Brango not paying out and has been that way for a long time i see. Just spoke to customer service they said estimated time for things b fixed is around 10 am central time in the US. Brango has found a way to cheat me out of my loyalty rewards again may b my last deposit to this site.

    I think this should be a MASSIVE BIG RED FLAG and should be noted on all forum topics related to Yabby, Brango, Extreme, Limitless, Timeless and Firefox.

    WIth BTC taking a 3% drop, perhaps the doggy owners are trying to maximize profits and minimize losses?  Or we have all seen these red flags before when casinos are getting ready to do the big EXIT and take everyone money......

    As far as I can see they have no issues with their wallats on the blockchain., they own the third party processor which is them, so in all fairness their should be no reason they cant make any withdrawls.  Its now bee over 24 hours and approaching 48 hours with no outgoing payments.

    Any online casino that has spent so much on marketing and building up a brand would simply use their back up payment processor system, instead of burning players for 24-48 hours with lies and rubbish excuses.

  • Ok so got my Btc at 333 so not to shabby. Im still unsure of how their processor was only broken going one way and obviously it was leaving their pocket. I also was confused why u i had to change my email for some reason i could not reply to the withdraw email on my 1st win.   • Is anyone else having a difficult time with deposits and withdrawals from Casino Adrenaline? It was almost 24 waiting for my $70 deposit and when it finally hit I played and won. Went to withdraw and it's been literally almost another 24 hours and they keep telling me that their processor is having maintenance and it will hopefully be back up today. Which is what they said yesterday too. They just keep giving me the same old line and no information. No timeframe other than today but again, they said that yesterday. Just super frustrated.     I am aware of some players that still have withdrawals from the weekend that have still not been processed.

    Yet new withdraws are being processed in under an hour.

    Can you confirm this?

The first was via the LCB exclusive nd code and the other was 2 days ago, i was awarded 20 spins due to there being no activity in my account for 8+ days. And as for loyalty, as I originally stated, I have not received any form of a loyalty bonus with at least my 3 deposits.

  • I checked for the casino rep, but could not locate it using the search bar. I spoke with support multiple times through chat and email. 

    I found this casino through a link here at LCB with a bonus offer that says 500% match. I read the terms, and it explained that there was a 1000% deposit playthrough requirement on the amount trigerring the bonus. I went through the referral from here on this site. 

    I deposited $100... was credited with the $500 bonus for a total bankroll of $600 and then proceed to playthrough over a thousand dollars total in bets on non-progressive online slots per the terms. 

    I ended up getting a few decent wins, and at the end of my playthrough requirement... my "actual balance" per the site was $351. I got verified (took a few attempts before approval). And then attempted an "instant withdrawl" which they say they are famous for. 

     

    The withdrawal request was rejected. And they told me it was because I am "withdrawing the bonus". I replied that I am not requesting to withdraw the bonus... Instead, I used the bonus to make wagers on their game and completed their playthrough requirement per the terms of the bonus offering. 

    Chat support replied that the "bonus amount must be in the account before requesting a withdrawal" And so, my actual balance would need to be $550 or more to request a withdrawal, and only an amount over that could be withdrawn (and that this is in addition to the playthrough requirement). 

     

    I asked her to send me the terms of the bonus offer so we could read it together, and she did... but when I pointed out that her made-up rule is not in the bonus offer terms, nor in their general terms and conditions (which I read carefully before deciding to try this casino)... she simply ignored my logic and repeated her made-up rule. 

    Guess I'm just burned for $100... but I thought I would post here so that others might have a chance to understand their rules up front since they are not clearly posted anywhere up front. 

     

    My opinion is that online casinos can make whatever rules or requirements they want... but those rules should be posted in writing clearly for the user up front instead of "surprise disclosed" only at withdrawl time. 

    If anyone else has had similar experiences or feedback for me to try and avoid things like this in the future, please share.

  • Not great at this but Yabby casino won't honor there own adds. After depositing 30 i asked support for a bonus got the bonus and playthrough was 1900 and was only 5x winnings. The terms weren't given before bonus and is advertised from them at a min 10x with instant withdrawals but couldn't even withdrawal winnings. After contacting support a three day bs journey started with alot of sorry for inconveniences to there new policy is not to pay anything not directly in Yabby promotion section. Whatever that is cause terms like I got is no where on site only in adds. Bottom line they didn't want to pay advertised rates and offered a 20 chip with 800 playthrough as compensation for the inconveniences.

    I have a question: I received a newsletter with a 100% no rules bonus and claimed it. I have deposited via VisaCard 33 euros. My Casino Extreme account was credited with 53 euros. I started to play and after a while (so the 53 euros were at least 1x converted) I was at 120 euros. Then it went down and my balance fell to 75, - euros which I then wanted to cash out because you know how the whole thing otherwise Endet... That my account overview also confirmed to me that there is no more bonus money in my account (see screenshot). Unfortunately, the withdrawal request was then rejected with the Begründing, I must leave 26.50 euros in the payout in my account. Thus, my balance was then but at 48.50 euros and a payout is only possible from 50 euros. The 50 euro limit I have then, despite the smallest stakes, unfortunately no longer exceeded. Now my question: Is this correct? The bonus was played through and was also displayed in my account overview as real money! I am confused. Thanks for the help.
