Can you please tell me why each time a make a deposit to Casino Extreme following the rules and am never able to use the LCB codes that have been used by the members. Hi I received an email to use code ahr50. Terms are listed at the bottom of the email. I recieved this email on July 6,2023 and didn't see it until last night (july 7, 2023). I had a few dollars and decided to go ahead and deposit since I would be able to claim the free chip if I were to lose my deposit. This was late on the 7th, and according to my transaction times it was 7/7/2023 23:02:03. Of course I did lose my deposit but that didn't happen until about 5am this morning on 7/8/2023. So I headed to cashier to claim my code I recieved in email and it said couldnt redeem code. So I went to chat and was informed that the code requires at least one deposit today. With the casino's new rewards system, did the loyalty bonus get removed?
I have yet to receive any reward, loyalty or otherwise, with my last 3 deposits(all within the past 4 or 5 days). I even received a direct email granting 60 spins no deposit that the system won't allow me to redeem. I have had no Freeplay whatsoever between my last 3 deposits and I did not cash out as my last action 2 of the 3. The only "bonus" available for me to claim is for 50 spins with a $25 deposit. Casino Extreme has been giving me the runaround for over a week. I submitted all my verification documents on July 11. I never received a reply. I contacted live support which gave me nothing but the standard cut and paste responses, that don't actually answer questions. I contacted support through email. They stated that my playthrough wasn't complete. However my account was showing a ZERO playthrough balance. Support stated I needed to wager another $268, then reply to the email. So I played more and contacted live chat for my playthrough balance. Live chat said my playthrough was complete. Great! I reply the the email from support. They say my wagering requirements are not done, to contact live chat for the balance. What?!? Live chat again states that my wagering is complete. They then again just paste in standard responses that don't provide answers and don't help. They gave me the instructions on how to get verified, which I did a week ago! So I email support again, they say my wagering is not complete! I reply telling them that live chat states my wagering is complete. They immediately reply with the same standard cut and paste instructions on how to get verified. I reply telling them I've already submitted my documents! It's a ridiculously endless circle! Not to mention that I've made a Bitcoin deposit that's being held hostage in the blockchain until my account balance goes below $1 and I have no way to cancel the deposit, and I can't make a withdrawal because I'm being given the runaround at every turn! Yesterday, I deposited Bitcoin at this casino and because of their site maintenance which was happening before I made a deposit but didn't know it, all deposits have not been credited to player's accounts. Every time I have contacted them they keep saying the same thing. They will not give me any type of time frame when this will be completed. I feel like they are trapping people because their are no banners or notifications made by Casino Adrenaline. Had I known about maintenance, I would have never deposited there.
