    I recently deposited a total of around €50 and made a profit of €105. When making the deposit I used a €10 freebet sports betting offer but didn't make any winnings from it. When I wanted to withdraw, customer support accused me of bonus abuse, VPN, multi-accounts, possibly fraud, etc. Then after contacting the support several times, I still haven't been helped and the specific reason for the closure of my account and withholding my deposit and winnings has not yet been given to me. It should also be mentioned that no money was made through the bonus offer but only through real money.

    I have heard that there are many complaints regarding this company, also their partner casinos have these unethical withdrawal policies and are often banning winning players. I am pretty sure they are not operating withing the curacao gaming guidelines. Do you think it might be worth trying to write a complaint to the curacao gaming authority?

    Could you please provide us with more information so we can assist you? How many days ago did you request the withdrawal exactly? Are you unable to withdraw because your request was denied, or is it still pending? Please be advised that sometimes casinos require several days to approve a withdrawal.

  • Thank you for the response! Yes then i will just wait and see if they will reply. 

    I highly suspect that they will avoid any communication though. I have already sent over 50 emails to the support and they still didn't tell me the exact reason for the suspension of my account and are avoiding to provide any information about the case.

    We've received the following response from the casino rep:

    The user has breached the following terms:
    12.10 – Usage of VPN or similar masking tools
    11.1-4 – Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts across the CW license to repeatedly claim the Welcome free bet offer.

    We requested supporting evidence from them, but it was not provided.

  • Yes that is exactly what they are always responding to my live support requests but they are not providing any evidence and are just always copy pasting the terms and conditions.

    I have not used a VPN and no one in my household has ever used the site and I have only accessed campeonbet at home.

    That i have used the welcome freebet offer is true but it didn't even result in any winnings and it wasn't bonus abuse. So if they claim the promotion offer is void they would still have to pay me out my real money winnings. 

    My account was also already fully verified and they have also claimed that i sent them forged documents and many other accusations. 

    I hope they will respond again and finally provide the requested evidence.

    I think they will try everything to avoid showing evidence. I have seen so many complaits similar to mine and their trustpilot reviews are also full of negative reviews. I really can't imagine that they are operating within the curacao gaming autority guidelines.
