I have not violated anything at all, and I am ready to prove it.

    On November 15, I received the following message from Treasurespins support: Dear mykhaylo We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 1,972.98 CA$ has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions...and then copied and pasted all the terms and conditions that are on their website.The money was stolen, and my account was closed permanently. I tried to contact them and asked what the reason was, but they did not answer me at all.

  • Hi. I'd like to complain about my pending withdrawal with Lapilanders. On the website they stated that withdrawals are processed within 48 hours but that time has passed and I haven't received my withdrawal. I enquired yesterday and I was told on two occasions that my withdrawal has already been reviewed and it was just a matter of completion but they whole day passed without me receiving the funds. Furthermore when I inquired today the support agent said that they couldn't give me a timeline or any information. So I would like for you to please contact lapilanders. If possible it would be wonderful if they could process this very soon.

  • Hi. I unfortunately have to complain about Lapilanders yet again. Yesterday, I received an email informing me that my withdrawal had been cancelled that $185.61 out of $232.25 has been removed from my account, leaving me with $46.64. The email gave a long list of terms and conditions without saying which one(s) I may have violated. The list is so long that it's frankly impossible for me to have violated them all. I suspect this may be a bonus issue since I had a sports reload bonus and the money taken was mostly money that had been converted from the bonus amount, even though they took a lot of my real money as well, as at the time in which I finished my bonus wagering requirements my real money balance was $97.

    I have deposited and withdrawn from this casino with bonuses before with no problems apart from slow withdrawals so this is a very shocking development.  I have no idea why this happened but here's the sequence of events leading to this issue:

    Two weeks ago I received an email telling me of a sports reload bonus. I then deposited, played, and withdrew. Then last week, on the day in which I received my withdrawal, I saw that there was another sports reload bonus. I wanted to claim this bonus but I wasn't sure if I was really eligible to do so. I was also aware of the fact that withdrawing for the purpose of re-depositing could be seen as bonus abuse per their terms and conditions so I emailed the support department and explicitly asked if I would be accused of "bonus abuse" in line with that specific clause if I deposited and claimed this new reload bonus. The support department responded the same day saying that I could claim this bonus despite the fact that I had claimed a reload bonus the previous week. I have attached screenshots of this email exchange. So I claimed the bonus and then requested a withdrawal after completing the wagering requirements.  And then yesterday I got their email canceling the withdrawal.
     
    Again, their email did not mention any specific alleged violation(s) but simply listed all possible violations meaning that I don't know what exactly I am being accused of. However I am 100% certain that I did not violate any of their terms. I have emailed asking for clarification but I have not received any response. To be clear, I have no idea what I've done wrong and I'm only mentioning this bonus issue because perhaps that may be the issue. However if that is indeed the issue then I would like to clarify here for the record that I did not deposit and claim this bonus until after the very same support team assured me that I could claim the bonus without "any limitations" in THEIR words. So now I'm in a position in which I lost most of my real deposit money while meeting the bonus wagering requirements and most of my winnings are now being taken away, including the majority of the deposit. Please help me here. At the very least I deserve to know what exactly I am being accused of.
     
    Let me quickly clarify the amount of money involved: My withdrawal request was for $232.25 and they removed $185.61. For the time being I have requested a withdrawal for the remaining $46.64 and so the amount of money in dispute is $185.61.
     
    As for my username there are no usernames on Lapilanders however my email address with the account is tmfan****@gmail.com
    Once you've read this complaint then please hide my email address from this post.

    Unfortunately, Lapilanders responded and simply stated that their decision is final. This is severely distressing. Even just the fact that they didn't tell me what I  may have done wrong is very suspicious. They just listed all possible violations. It's terrible behavior and gamblers everywhere should be warned about Lapilanders. I have attached a screenshot showing their response. I'm very disappointed and I don't know what to do now.

    I've had a terrible experience with 3 bookmakers Svenplay, Sonsofslots and Campeonbet. So far Svenplay took 6868.50€ of winnings, Sonsofslots took 4988.89€ and Campeonbet 3543.73€ so in total 15k euros of winnings were taken from my accounts. They all claimed I've breached a number of terms and conditions that they copied and pasted from their websites that include bonus abuse, VPN use, cheating, duplicated accounts and many other unjustified claims. The funny thing is that I haven't even used a bonus on their websites let alone the rest. When I asked them to be more specific about the reason they took my winnings they told me the decision was final.

     

    I've contacted MGA which referred to MADRE. The latter decided to open a case to resolve this issue with Svenplay and Sonsofslots. Their decision is that they sided with the bookmakers because I reside outside the EU and that I'm outside their jurisdiction and the operator (Svenplay and Sonsofslots) needs to consent first so that MADRE can resolve this case.

    So basically if you live outside the EU and you lose your money to a MGA licensee you're in a big trouble. Nor MGA nor MADRE can save you and the bookmakers can do whatever they want.

     

    I still hope that the bookmakers correct their mistakes and return my winnings, otherwise I hope this post can act as a warning for future players who want to play there.

  • They limited my account, I can't bet more than $1...with that, how am I going to complete the conditions of the bonus?... that forced me to cancel the sports welcome bonus but I did NOT breach its terms because they clearly say in the term of the sports bonus in point number 10. In that one it says "first the real balance is used and then the bonus balance" and in another term it says that the "profits obtained by the bonus balance (not real balance) will be canceled "then I never breached the term because I never used the bonus balance, I always used the real balance, As evidence I leave the balance history and also the captures on what was explaine.

    We got a response from the casino rep stating the following: 

    Both bonus term 11 and term 58.3.11 clearly state that if a player cancels a bonus all winnings are removed, not only the bonus funds.
     
    11. Cancelling the bonus prior to meeting the wagering requirements, will result in the removal of the bonus funds, the generated winnings and any wagered amount from the player’s overall balance.
     
    58.3.11 If a player decides to cancel an active Bonus, he can do so from his account. However, all bonus money, all winnings and any wagered amount resulting from his betting activity with the bonus will be forfeited for once and for all. Bonus bets calculates real money first and then bonus amount.
     
    The fact that the player was limited is irrelevant in this case, as he could have completed the wagering even with the reduced bet size. He had 22 days to do so, not 7 as he states.

  • It's like 10 days, tell them to tell the truth, without lying... how am I going to bet hundreds of dollars in a few days if I could only make 1 dollar??? that is very unfair.. also there it never says that the profits obtained from the real balance are eliminated, they clearly say that it is balance earned with bonus bets, and never bet with bonus balance
