  • What?!?! The complaint has not been resolved. Wtf? I never received my match play and they still closed my friends account. This is Slots.lv not bovada. 

    Side note I have absolutely nothig bad to say about bovada their people have been amazing to me the entire length of my play with them.

    They messaged me almost a month later about one transaction in particular. Now I paid out that money.

    I started thinking about this and realized that it is their policy NOT to credit an account until they receive 6 confirmations. They never make “exceptions” to this policy. Its just how it works with them.

    So I get a hold of them to point this out and get it taken care of. I am told “The decision is final”. I ask them, what about needing 6 confirmations before crediting an account. Their answer and explanation? “The decision is final.” So, they expect me to deposit ANOTHER 200.00 to bring my balance to 0 then I Could deposit again and start playing. Buyer beware… Slots.lv may try to rob you as well. No matter how long or how much money you have given them, at some point and time this could happen to you.
