  • Hello Sascha, and thank you for answering our questions. I opened an account at bluelions a few days ago  and tried to contact the chat operator before depositing. The chat service was marked as "online" on the tab displayed on the left side of the screen, but nobody answered my queries (I tried in German, English, even in French). My attempts probably show on your chat log. I felt ignored... and frustrated. But I moved on and made a valid deposit of €2 euros in order to get the promo "buy 2 get 20". However, my bank statement now shows a charge of €2.06 instead of €2. Why such a difference? Do you charge fees? I also wanted to point out another problem: when I use my credit card online, I always have to fill in a quick security form in which I have to type my date of birth or a sms code. When I made my deposit, no such security form was generated. Are our data safe when paying at your casino? Thank you very much!

    i'm really sorry about that u had a not that positive feeling. Actually i'm trying to reconstruct what happened here. Regarding chat i just mentioned in the logs that u where there and asked several times, but atm i cannot see why our support did not "pick up" ur request.
    Furthermore i'm also sorry that there are additional charges on your card as far as i can see we only received 2€ from u therefore i need to double check with our processor what happened here. Regarding security, sure we have such things which are behind the screen.. did u mentioned u put in ur date of birth at registering process :-) also credit card details aren't saved on pur side therefore everytime u need to put in the cards details whenever u are paying in (others saving ur data to get u a more quicker payin but then asked pin and/or birthdate for verification, we have date of birth, name and country via registering and use them on card process but u need to put in ur card details...because we don't wanna store card details more security risk then saving name & date of birth, so registering on our platform with wrong details and/or use different card will fault).

    When I purchase online with my credit/debit card, a window always pop-up during the checkout process with a quick security form to fill in. Whatever the site, whatever the amount, the system always generate such security forms. If I purchase €25 or less, I just have to enter my date of birth in the form. If I spend more than €25, I have to enter the sms code that is sent to my phone. But not when I made my deposit at your casino.This is a first! And this could mean a low level of security.     second: we had a deeper look into ur spins and winnings and recognized that you tried to fool us by using open game sessions from ur no deposit (6 games with freespins), after depositing u finished those games and got the winnings which normally belongs to the no deposit, therefore all winnings are not fairly played and needed to cancel.

  • Surely there would have been a max cashout restriction on this no deposit bonus? So in fact 400euros win should not be possible.

    regarding the account block this was done due to irregular game play (playing multiple
    games at the same time and exceeding the max. bet by using multiple games at the same
    time) and on behalf of our bonus terms u changed the game after a big win which is only
    valid when u change to a similar game, actually u got the win on creature of the black
    lagoon which is a 20 liner to wild rockets which is a 720 line game and therefore totally
    different.


    This is the cheapest and most foolish answer which I have ever heard, he never broke the
    rules, because it is not in the rules prohibited allowed to play several games at the

    I registered in Blue Lions at the beginning of March. I had a really great time, I was playing some of my favorite slots here - Tiara and Girls wanna, although then i switched to another slot - Amazonia. I completed my wagering in two weeks, I wagered even more than necessary, around 10 000 more ( I kept a track of this with a paper and a pen) until it appeared in my account that the wagering was complete. Finally, I won quite a good amount here - 7 000 EUR. I was very busy the second part of March and had to travel a lot. On the 6th of April I checked my account and it was empty. I wrote an email to the casino and got the response that I didn't complete my wagering requirement on time - the thirty days period. This is not true, of course. I thought this might be some kind of misunderstanding, so I requested the play logs, as my game history was not available for me. I got no response from casino after that email and it has been more than a month since i have written it...

    we allready send u the reason why ur winnings was removed. The strange behavior was that u deposited, played, won 6.5k and left the casino with bonus not fullfilled/wager pending. If bonus had fullfilled u had be able to make a withdraw, otherwise our system give u a message that u have a pending wager. You came back online to the casino 3 weeks later, to be honest, who will leave 7k balance open in a casino for 3 weeks without making any withdraw and/or message/question to the casino. Also we cannot believe u wrote down every single spin/win on a sheet of paper for a period of 2 weeks (like your saying)... it was from 7th march until 15th march, thats "only" 8 days not 2 weeks, seams ur notes are not correct.

    So, you are writing I have not completed my wagering as the reason not to pay my win and in the next sentence you are asking who would leave 7k in the casino account without withdrawing. I am totally cofused now. I did not withdraw the money from my account after I completed the wagering requirement since I was quite busy with my job. What is so strange about that, why would I have to message the casino about keeping my win in my account after having completed the wagering requirement.  I wrote you an email with the request to provide me with the play logs which would prove that I have completed the wagering requirement.
