    We have reviewed the issue in question, and noticed that after your first deposit (you couldn`t receive the bonus because your account wasn`t fullfilled with all the information). At your second deposit the bonus wasn`t added automatically to your account, as you already played and placed bets with the funds from your first deposit.   • Betwinner is not allowing me to withdraw my money. They say my bank denied the transaction which is clearly not the case because i checked with them. They dont give me any details on the transaction that i could check. Customer support extremely unhelpful, sometimes even rude. I tried sepa withdrawal which also ofcourse doesnt work. I provided them passport photo and everything. They are clearly buying time so that i bet my money out of frustration and loose it. Terrible site, just terrible. Avoid for all costs

  • Betwinner security section has been requesting photos of my selfie holding my id and the email they sent in the background.

    I have taken have a dozen pictures of it and sent to them 3 times.

    They kept on telling me I had to  take new photos because they were blurry.. I can tell you that they can be seen clearly

    They want to verify that I am the one I registered and played.  I have sent a dozen of different photos trying to fill in their requirements

    I have sent my id and address proof, my selfie and my pc screen showing I received their emails

    I know they have the power to request whatever they want backed on their T&C.

  • Hi, I contacted betwinner security  section many times and requested my photos a dozen times, they seem to be teasing me, I do not understand the reason that a security section of an online casine loses time with me and gets my and get my 302 usd.

    I apprecciate Tania's kind help to contact Niklas who is a betwinner casino rep, but we are at the same scenario as in July, they do what they do and i do not know the reason.

    I do not know if there are other players registered in betwinner

    In case they do not like me, why do they accept my deposits?
