    I deposit yesterday here with Wednesday bonus 25% + 25 freespins next day.I got email today that my bonus ratio is high and u can't anymore receive bonus and must to play only with real money.So they didn't get me 25 freespins but i think they should because is unique bonus from yesterday,and they can't separate like that.I ask to give me that bonus which i deserve.

    Anyway with this freespins max cashout is 25€ ,this is very sad ,i had once 70 but they automatically erase to 25.

    This is more for advice than a complaint so i have not put it under complaints as of yet , i love gambling at betchain and have been doing so for years using crypto .. Hit some good Jackpots and lost thousands aswell . But still love them ! .

     

    My problem comes in with trying to play with ZAR ( My local currency ) . I deposited and won small amounts then lost it all and deposited again probably to the sum of around 10k ZAR , I then won some back and tried to withdraw , and funny enough my withdraw kept on being rejected without a notification email . I thought little of it as my account is fully verified . ( All documents checked and double checked with support ) .

     

    Then i won abit more , to the sum of around 23K ZAR i thought cool this makes up for the losses and tried to cash out again , but it keeps getting rejected , finally i contact support and they told me they will escalate the matter i should be patient . Back and forth with support and i find out they have no way of paying the money back to me as cards in my country are not supported apparently , neither are ewallets ( Checked with Netteller and Skril ) . It has been 4 days now with them just saying be pacient they have escalated the matter .

     

    I do not find closure in knowing i am now trying to withdraw 26K ZAR and they just keep telling me there is no way to pay it back but they have escalated it ... 5 Days now i have checked in every 12 hours with support to get the same response , now i am starting to get worried and dont know what to do .

     

    anybody have any suggestions regarding being able to deposit with a platform but not withdraw to the same platform ?? Perhaps a conversion to crypto or ???

     

    Any feedback from anybody with a similar experience would be awesome , i love the cassino and they have always been good to me , i would hate to open a complaint against them .

     

    edit : I was informed several times to just contact support later the whole time , now they told me i must wait for an email from the mannager , 

    I have noticed that USD and EURO cashouts for bitcoin are avalible , if this is doable perhaps we can try ZAR to bitcoin ? also confirmed with my bank that a international payment should not be an issue and  they are also linked to paypal .. Hope a Rep sees this and can atleast get the mannager to respond to me some time .

    Hi Thanx for the response i sent the info to you as requested , i did check the withdraw method and havent had issues with Visa in the past . It was so easy to deposit too lol . 

  • I Have now had a response finally after the problem was escalated to finance department 8 days ago , 

     

    They said they need to block my account to convert it to euros about a day and a half ago , 

    I just recieved an email from them now saying they have now escalated the matter to the finance department for a refund , this cannot be fair can it ? I deposited and Won with no issues in ZAR , but after struggeling to get my winnings for 8 days , now i hear a mention of a refund .

    My account has been reopned and Support has confirmed the payment of 1,223.82 EUR has been made i have just requested a proof of payment to confer with my bank , however sofar this problem seems to be resolved thank you guys

  • Is there any way for me to reclaim winnings that I feel we're wrongfully confiscated from me? I got a phone used and the previous owner had apparently made a betchain account before I owned the phone. I had the account in question for a full year and made multiple deposit on it, with no issues. However when I finally win and attempt a withdrawal, my account is closed and funds sized.  Also, hopefully it doesn't come to this but how do I report confiscated crypto winnings on my taxes?

    We looked again at your case and found out that you had a few active duplicate accounts in our casino that is a clear violation of our T&C now and 2 years ago when we closed your account: 

    "Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account.

    Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

    Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account."

    Also, those duplicate accounts were opened not before but after your primary account with winnings had been opened.

    That being the case, we cannot support this claim.

     Not sure if I'm writing this in the correct spot.  I am being screwed out of 600$ from betchain.  I have been a playing customer for over a year and I've  spent well over a few thousand dollars.   I had a free spin bonus with my deposit. I won just under 50 cents with my 20 free spins.   I still had a chunk of my deposit  left in my account also to play with. So I played for another hour n a half spinning hundreds of times. I usually check my bonuses often when playing because they have added cashback bonuses and reload bonuses without me knowing while I was in the middle of play.  I have had to cancel bonuses in the past and would of canceled the 50 cent one had I of know it was still tied to my account.  So when I go to cash out they tell me I'm playing with bonus money even though it states in my bonus page that I'm not tied to any type of bonus...  I still had ten dollars of my own in the account after the free spins.  It says in TNC that my money is wagered first and that when my money is gone then they use the bonus money.  Well I never dipped down to 50 cents while playing. Again  I've been a high paying customer for over a year and this is how they want to treat there good paying customers. I've even left good reviews on trust pilot amd casino guru and a few other platforms. Which now I'm regretting and will definitely be changing.   That 50cents I won in no way helped me get to the position of winning the 900$. If I would of won 20 or 30 dollars on the free spins and used that money to get to the 900 then I would understand there logic. But to give me a 50 cent bonus in a 27 dollar deposit and tell me I have a max cash out or if it stated that on my bonus page that I was playing with bonus funds and not said I'm not playing with any bonus then again I would understand. But it didn't and it's just a crappy thing to do to a good customer in my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong I just belived it when I read I'm not playing with any bonus.  In the past it always said if I was playing with bonus money or that I had met the wagering requirements and to cash out.   So I would really like for someone to get back to me like I've been told they were. I've sent over 5 emails and have yet to hear from anyone.  Customer service just keeps saying they will get to Me shortly.

    On 7-14-22 I deposited 0.00812BTC  8mbtc to my Betchain account "[email protected]"

    I received Free Spins for depositing.

    I activated the bonus ( First Mistake apparently) and won a small amount (0.000314BTC) in comparison to my deposit. I then continued to gamble and ended up winning a considerable amount by still using my original deposit money as bonus money is not used for betting until that is exhausted as it needs to be gambled first due to the bonus terms.  I requested a partial Withdrawal of ).043BTC which was held to be reviewed.  Please take note of the fact that I have been Gambling and making deposits at this site since 2018 and this is the first time I have ever requested a cash-out.  I asked one of the operators why the withdrawal was taking so long as I have not had to wait this long at the other major Crypto casino sites.  He advised me it will take 24-48 hours.  I ended up gambling the rest of my funds and called it a day or night Whatever.  I checked the status of my request the next day only to find that My request was discarded and 0.100BTC was left in my balance.  I have still not gotten a satisfactory explanation as to why.  One operator says it's because The bonus only allowed for a maximum of 0..010BTC Win.

    Which would make no sense because my win from the bonus was way under that amount and these winnings were a product of my original deposit. Even if they were not the Bonus conditions state that there will only be a max win of 0.01BTC it does not say you cannot withdraw that amount, there is a difference. I keep getting the run around from several different operators and I'm upset that for my first withdrawal request at this Casino they are cheating me out of 0.033BTC Worth of Winnings.  It is completely unprofessional and dishonest. Please help me resolve this issue as all they want to do is offer me free spins and tell me the same thing over and over,  Then say they will resolve the issue but never do get back to me.  I have not accepted anything from them because I want to have the winnings that I won fair and square.

    Update Since last time I complaint you had requested more documentation and or screenshots of correspondence with management and or Casino Operator. In the E-mail management admitted that their banking team manually removed part of my withdrawal and they are not giving, in my opinion, a reasonable explanation as to why, also they are saying that it is in line with their terms and conditions but have not shown me where or how it makes sense.  I have attached an email that I replied to today.  Thank You for any help you can provide in this matter.

    I disagree as I have not seen anywhere in your terms and conditions that this is in line with. First of all. At the time of my winning I was not even gambling towards the my bonus fundswager requirement because deposited funds are to be exhausted first which is a condition ofyour terms is it not? So if that wager is not going towards that requirement then how can youway I was gambling a combination of the 2. Also that bonus term had clearly said max win of0.010btc. Not max withdrawal of 0.010. It also looks as though your banking team manuallyremoved my withdrawal and your system was going to allow it showing that I feel like there issome dishonesty and cheating here. I am still going to forward this ask gambler's and seewhat they think. Do you have a contact you could also give me so I can show this to yourlicensing authority as well?     Please note that when you start playing with a Deposit match bonus, the system will use the cash funds first however as the funds are combined and any wins from the combined balance, is subject to the terms of the bonus credited. 

    Again, you had made a deposit, and received a bonus.  

    The max win as per the bonus Terms and conditions is 0.01 BTC.  

    You had won and the system did allow you to make a withdrawal.  

    Our Banking Team would then check all withdrawals as per standard business process. 

    When they review your withdrawal that you had made, it was noted that you had withdrawn more than the allowed amount.  

    The max win value as per the bonus terms was then processed to you and the remainder was removed from the withdrawal.  

     

    With regards to the terms, please check the bonus terms as well our terms and conditions on the casino website as it has all the info you are requesting.  

     

    Shane, kindly note that your withdrawal has been processed and finalized.  

    There is no further withdrawals or funds due to you.

    here on the LCB it says that the maximum withdrawal for the 25 free spins is 50EUR.. however you paid me only 25EUR and removed the 15 EUR remaining balance..

  • Hi. I keep getting emails from Betchain even though I have previously unsubscribed and my account has been dormant for nearly 5 years. The links to unsubscribe now don't work and the emails are becoming more regular and invasive with no way to unsubscribe. They even show up in my inbox when I flag them as spam. Why am I getting harassed by a casino I haven't logged into for over 5 years and that I have recently unsubscribed from all emails yet they seem to only get more frequent. ?

  • I get similar emails and they are from spammers trying to get you to sign up to a casino through their affiliate link. The emails look genuine but if you look closer you can tell they aren't from the actual casino. That may also explain why your spam blocker isn't working, it's probably a different sender every time. That being said, there are some places that continue to send emails even after you've unsubscribed. I don't think there is much of anything you can do about it tbh.

    Unfortunately we need to tell you that is a really common situation for the most of members. The promotions sent by the Casino are sent automatically, where the system cannot recognize an email or an account that has been closed, so it happens that even players who no longer play receive similar content.
