    Oh sorry to hear that.  You should have stayed strong while they were playing there games.  If you review complaints for this group this seems to be there standard games.

    I hope people read this thread and the complaints and NEVER gamble there.

  • If  you read my post, its like the rest, long waits and wonder if your docs made it to the next level.
     
    Its the same disappointment of long delays before getting a final confirmation that your docs and withdrawal have been approved. 

    But once you finally get that email, you are excited and feel Great!  And relieved - optimistic that the casino will provide the service you are expecting.  You think the casino is proceeding with the process  to cashout and you start to ignore what the other negative posts are saying. 
    But then, 2 more weeks pass.....

    So after my post here and with LCB's help, ironically, I received the final confirmation and approval of my withdrawal within the next day.  That was enough to erase my negative thoughts of this casino group.  I refrain from posting yet another negative email about the same issues to show my support for the casino by them continuing with the process.

    The rep said 5-7 days from that point of approval for the processors to send the money and to hit my bank.  I hate to contribute to the long consistent complaints, however, I must say I have been waiting a month and a half already from time of cahsout request.  I am still waiting, and twittling my thumbs tofor that crumb of information,  that my cashout has made it to the next level - closer to the finish line where I actually have the money in my hands. 

    Its disappointing only because an exciting winning experience and the initial glow you feel  unfortunately fades into frustration and anxiety as you wait weeks  wondering if my win will make it to the final finish line into my wallet.  The service has been hit or miss.  Ill get prompt and promising info and then nothing. 

    I can only explain the feeling of what its like to win at this casino so far, is like winning a new car and its parked in the garage, but you dont get the keys for 3 months!  shocked

  • I need help I won at atlantis gold on 4/5, I won at mermaid on 4/13, and I won at treasure on 5/9 I have played at atlantis since 2012.  First my document that I sent 12/22/2012 they said they didn't have. I have an email stating my account will be terminated until documents received. I spoke to someone on phone they told me they got all my documents back then and im all set.  Well no one could find them so starting in April to about first week In May I sent my documents 50 times that I can prove there all sitting in my sent box at yahoo mail but they said they never got them.  Finally I got a persons name to send them to and they did get them about 2 weeks ago. 

    On there main page withdrawal options are check by mail 15.75$ or check by courier $35.00. which is a lot by mail when I can put stamp and mail them a check for less than a dollar. Not to mention I have got 20+ checks and never charged a fee for any of them to be mailed but whatever.

    I got a call from Jackie saying the processor wont send me a check.  Why when every other casino processor I got a check from. She was going to talk to her manager and get back to me.  she called me 2 days later and said her manager still has not replied. hmmm that's a bit strange. 

    Before I deposit at any casino I make sure I can get a check because my bank does not except wire transfers.

    Mel if your still the rep can you help me get my money.  I can get checks, western union or money grams.
    unless they want to wire money to my mothers account mom said no problem she will help me. she will send what ever document they need if that's an option.

    How will you report a positive experience when its taking this long?  And why would you remain a "loyal customer" after all this? These types of comments are unnecessary when their are issues with a group.  People will read these posts to get an assessment of whether to play or not, and obviously from the complaints its a stay as far away from this group as you can. 

    I assume you are making these comments to benefit your situation and I guess kiss a little ass to speed up the withdrawals.  I cant see any other reason why these comments would be made.

  • I just want to let people no a couple of things about this casino.  It was my favorite and at one time was on the LCB top 10 list not to long ago.  I won on April 5th  at Atlantis I cash out on that day.

    1-  I have every email I don't know if they were playing games but I sent my documents 48 times until      finally I asked for a persons name to send directly to and they got them on the 49th time.
    2-  I live in USA and wanted a check by courier.  There processor wont do checks for some reason.
    they did allow me to wire to my mothers account  I am thankful for that. So don't deposit there if your only option is withdrawal by check.
    3-  Here it is June 28th and I still have not got my winnings yet. After this
    I had cashed out of Mermaid and Treasure Island also and still no payment from any of the 3.
    Warning very slow paying so if you deposit there could take some time.  Not sure if just me but ask prior to depositing if you need check by courier option.

    Just wanted to let other players know about my experience.

  • If it wasn't for a rather generous freebie I got in the mail.  I wouldn't have touched your new brand with a 10 foot pole.  Basing on how many complaints exist of slow pay.
    Yet when you have to wait 30 minutes to get live chat to respond.  That's a bit silly.  I can get e-mail support to respond within 5 minutes.  How is that e-mail support is faster than live chat?
    Then to even find out wagering requirements apparently takes an act of god as well.  Mainly because e-mail support, really isn't so much e-mail support.  As much as we refer you to live chat support, but no one answers until you e-mail someone.
    You might want to touch base with your Tropicana Gold support team and get someone to maybe respond to live chat a bit faster than e-mail.  E-mail support response time is great, if they would actually help you.  As for live chat if it wasn't for the fact I'm up 10,000 on your $500 comp I would give up and not bother with this.

    Like I said before, this is more of a test to see if the new "brand" is any better than any of there other offerings.  So far I'm going to guess no dice.  I guess I'll take my next step and see if a PM sets off any bells and whistles at the Tropicana Cashier department.  Highly doubt it, but it's worth a try.

    Wow I have been waiting since April for my money and keep getting the same story as you about the processor.  I won on Atlantis, Mermaid and Treasure Island all in April and haven't got one payment.  Seems like there playing games.  They told me the girl had a meeting with the processor about me and then that same girl says there working with the processor on this matter.  3 months I just  get the run around.  If I get paid I will let you know. I think April payments would be processed first but who knows. Whats up with that phone number on there site it doesn't work.  Wish I knew a place to report these people like game commissioner.  GOOD LUCK...

    My withdrawal was from 4 months ago and I had the rep on here call them but the only thing she can do is warn other players about slow withdrawals she said.  I wish there was a gaming commissioner we could report them to.  They keep taking deposits and not paying though.  good luck susie

I am quite unsure why they are taking so long.  I won the money from a straight deposit that I made, not from a freechip or anything like that.  What can i do to get my money?   • I purchased 20 dollars of play from Atlantis Gold. Did the playthru so I went to cashout. They said there's a 100 minimum which I thought was a lot of bull since I did the playthru anyway. I was able to get up to 130$ and then I proceeded to cash out.  Then I knew that there was paperwork . they asked me for documents to verify that I lived here they wanted bills from my address I don't get bills because I live in public housing but sent copy of  my social security statement which  has my address dated august first.  a letter from my voting job dated august 1 scanned all credit cards front and back several times that I had already given them they asked for a drivers license I do not drive but have identification  from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. They have stopped communicating with me.I am in the process of stopping payment because I did not get the good and services that I paid for.
