  • i posted this some time ago and no one ever responded to me.    (see below)  I am still waiting to receive my money. now it has been two full months since i requested my withdrawal.  what more can i do to actual get my money? 

    I requested a payout from Treasure Island Jackpots on July 9, 2014.  I submitted all required documents to them and authorization form by July 15, 2014.  I have yet to receive my money and the last time they responded to an email from me was over two weeks ago and at that time i was advised "your documents has been forwarded to our processor for verification." I am quite unsure why they are taking so long.  I won the money from a straight deposit that I made, not from a freechip or anything like that.  What can i do to get my money? What can i do to get them to respond to my emails?

  • I've read on other forums. This group of casinos are having trouble paying its players. There seems to be a lot of slow pay and no pay. People may want to consider avoiding this group altogether as well.


  • I purchased 20 dollars of play from Atlantis Gold. Did the playthru so I went to cashout. They said there's a 100 minimum which I thought was a lot of bull since I did the playthru anyway. I was able to get up to 130$ and then I proceeded to cash out.  Then I knew that there was paperwork . they asked me for documents to verify that I lived here they wanted bills from my address I don't get bills because I live in public housing but sent copy of  my social security statement which  has my address dated august first.  a letter from my voting job dated august 1 scanned all credit cards front and back several times that I had already given them they asked for a drivers license I do not drive but have identification  from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. They have stopped communicating with me.I am in the process of stopping payment because I did not get the good and services that I paid for.


    We were told this by the Rep :

    " Player was sent an email last Sept 5 2014 about documents required for withdrawal.
    Player reversed his withdrawal

    My withdrawal request is 362724
    Operations already has my info and is supposed to "follow up" but i'm not sure how many weeks i should expect this process to take.  I have followed up via email on 7/11, 7/14, 7/18, 7/29, 8/12, 8/21 and 9/8 and they either don't respond at all or they say that my documents are being reviewed by the processor.  So far the processor has had my documents for 7 weeks. Hopefully they will respond by November.

  • While I realize it's been a while since the rep has been active.  Any chances that LCB has contacts with the casino still?  I'm getting tired of 3 times a week getting a call from there lovely Wendy telling me about a Welcome back bonus.  I was hoping after a month of these calls they would stop.
    Nope now 3 months later, still 3 times a week she calls.  I really would like these calls to stop and apparently e-mails to support are going unanswered and ignored as well.

  • That's fine I have also sent a PM, but live chat I went into today and they were just as useless.  So I'm not sure what to do at this point other than call my wireless provider and put a block on there number.  Yet that seems extreme for something I feel can be simply done on there end.  If there willing to cooperate.

    We did ask them to post and get more proactive at the forum, but they keep ignoring our requests.

    And also they are very slow to reply our emails.

  • Thanks, funny how they'll respond to you and get things accomplished.  Yet I try and they would rather just ignore me.  Not very professional on there end, but thank you for hopefully getting this resolved.  I got my last call on Thursday.  So far knock on wood there hasn't been my beginning of the week call yet, but I'll wait til weeks end to say all is clear.

    Hello, Zuga has informed me you are the Rep for Tropicana Gold Casino also.

    Several months ago I signed up for Tropicana Gold Casino (they won't give me my sign-up date) and I received a $130 no deposit bonus. After playing only with their bonus I met my $4550 play through requirement on March 21st, 2015 and submitted my bank and personal documents verifying my Identity on April 27th, 2015 (see file May 4.jpg).  My current balance on Tropicana Gold Casino is $396.65 and Tropicana allows a maximum withdrawl of $150.00 on no deposit bonus'.  When attempting to make that withdraw I kept getting an error message (see file May 3.jpg).  In that email they indicate in their withdrawl window I must 1st subtract any processing fee's.  Their withdrawl application clearly does that automatically.

    I had $150.00 available for withdraw since I complete verifying my identity until approximately 2 to 3 weeks ago the that available balance has somehow been reduced to $61.65.  I have not made any withdrawls from my account and no one at Tropicana can tell me why my available balance has been reduced to the point where I cannot make a withdraw because Tropicana's minimum is $100.00.

    I believe that Tropicana is in clear violation of the contract that I agreed to when I signed up on their site and during the last 2 months they have done everything not to have to pay me my bonus money.

    I have exhausted all my resources in an attempt to get the money that Tropicana owes me and not sure what to do at this point.  I'm hoping that Latest Casino Bonus staff may be able to assist me further in this matter.

  • I've gotten paid by several casinos and not one of them is a smooth process. They try to annoy you so that you give up and they get to keep your money. U have to keep asking.smiley
