Dear Mel, Thank you for your assistance. I cannot believe that there is nothing players can do even if a casino is fraudulent. So actually if a casino steals a players funds there is nothing one can do if the casino refuses to assist. Is there no way we can blacklist this casino as this is unjust. Please provide advice as to how I can make this complaint as public as possible as I do not want other players to suffer from the same misfortune. Thanks

@Dino108, besides the fact they claimed you opened multiple accounts, did you infact win money and withdraw and received the winnings during your "Cool off"or "Self Exclusion" period?

If so,  let's be honest, I think its a bit unfair for wanting deposits back now that you lost?

Dear Fiekie, I did not win/withdraw during my self exclusion period. This casino has been very fraudulent and unscrupulous. I hear you, however I never had any issues with 7Bit and I do play with them every now and then, and as of lately, regulary.

I am having a problem with cash out. There is only the option of Visa card withdrawal but most of

major bank card is not available. It is imposible to find any other bank in this country.

This casino accept deposit from any bank credit card but cash out is not accepted.

Also cash out by bank transfer is not available from my USD account. 

I asked at the chat support what I can do with this and that person said nothing we can do for you.

My credit of $300 will stay in the account forever and I can not do anything.

Why don't you accept the bank transfer, just transfer USD, bank will covert it to dollars.

Most of casinos are doing this and why you can not.

So please could you find any solution for this issue or will you say just give up the money in my account?

You were not able to cashout to your Mastercard because withdrawals to Mastercards are not allowed for many regions, including. And it's the Mastercard inner rules that casino, unfortunately, can't breach.
