That doesn't make any sense. Why award any promotion at all if no one can win, or complain. I didn't play any of my deposit or free spins until after I had deposited a little more than the required amount. Support led me to believe that using Bitcoin from a few different wallets that I had laying around was just fine. And you can plainly see that I deposited all funds before I spun a single spin, or placed a single bet.
The "explanation" you just provided makes you seem likely a casino that isn't to be trusted, because you guide players to follow proper steps to deposit money, but then if a player wins, all of a sudden, you re-nig on everything you originally stated. If your terms and conditions are truly solid, you wouldn't be able to have your support representatives misleading players about your deposit and promotional practices, because that would in turn make your entire business fraudulent, and untrustworthy. If anyone should be blacklisted... It's 7bit casino.

Merry Christmas everyone. I took a break from the family for a few, and played during my break. However, I've had multiple issues with 7bitcasino today. Really disappointed by them.
First issue: They advertised free spins for Christmas today with a minimum deposit of $20. I deposited 0.0015BTC which at the time with the USD BTC exchange rate is $21.50. Live chat denied my bonus claiming I had to deposit 0.0025 BTC. Then when I questioned them, and try to understand why they said $20 if they didnt mean it, the live chat rep disappeared and ignored my messages.
Anyways, the good news might have been I turned a 0.0015 BTC deposit, into a 0.003x BTC withdrawal request. But its been about 6 hours now and still no payment. When I contacted 7bit support a few minutes ago and spoke to David, he said it takes a minimum of 24 hours and up to 3 days to process a withdrawal. I just thought everyone else should know about these stupid withdrawal policies.
I played on another SOFTSWISS site called betchain, after I requested my cash out from 7bitcasino.com. I was able to successfully deposit, claim my bonus, cash out, and receive my cash out all in 1.5 hours. While this screwed up 7bitcasino.com cant even do any of these things.
To add to my terible experience, when I looked at my deposits, it seems 7bitcasino has been deducting tiny amounts from my deposits. For example, if I send 0.0015BTC I only get credited with 0.00149xxx BTC. If I deposit 0.01 I get credited with 0.009xxxBTC. Where did the rest of the change go I wonder?
Live chat pretended they didnt know what was going on with these tiny deductions... and started talking about some cubits blockchain commission, and finally referred me to cubits who is 7bitcasinos payment processor. I checked and betchain also uses cubits as do apparently many SOFTSWISS sites. None of the other casinos deduct any kind of "Blockchain cubits commission" from the amount deposited so why do these people?
I'm really dissapointed by these theives at 7bitcasino.com and hope the casino rep can explain what is going on and how they plan to resolve the matters.

There is simply no incentive for me to do so since I go at a loss right before I even start playing with the amount that is deducted as a cubits fee. I got screwed by the chat support agent which not only provided me with the wrong bonus i requested but tried to justify it by saying he gave me a better bonus. You posted this in the members claimed shop items section and I did respond to you in that thread. I believe the shop item should be clarified in that, if you deposit with say dollars or euros or any other currency, they will credit you with that currency. If you deposit with bitcoin, you will be credited with bitcoin. The shop item will be updated to clarify this.

Hi ive been waiting since may 4th for my bitcoin withdrawal . I already have had a succesful wirhdrawal made from mars and 7bit casino . But this one is taking so long, please see if you can help me with this at all.
