    Hi Members,

    Although progressive machines offer you the largest pay out...the payouts are the lowest in the casino. The odds of hitting a progressive...........30 million to one!

    I rarely play progressives. It gobbles my money up with hardly a teensy weensy win. Unless im feeling REALLY lucky that i might win the "BIG"  one i avoid them.

    Do you play progressives on a regular basis?

    I never play progressives anymore. Not since I have learned so many secrets of how slot machines really work. A progressive jackpot is not likely to go off just because it has gotten larger than usual.  It all comes down to that Random Number Generator, and when it decides to pay.. There is no such thing as "overdue." I find whenever I have played progressives the take cycle is much longer than the pay cycle, yet it keeps people because the jackpot is so huge, and everyone does have a chance at winning it.
