  • i;ve honestly never had a problem getting paid i don;t open many account just one at each resort and that i know is not a problem i have been doing it for many years now if you are two separate casinos i should be allowed to play at both if you are one that's different then why use two different names i think it is great that someone from your casino is on this forum don;t get me wrong and you h ave some wonderful ideas but i just have a lot of questions i have to feel really good before anyone gets my hard earned money


    Questions are good! I am glad you ask them, so we can address them. We are striving to have as much communication as possible with all of our players, and affiliates. 

    You CAN use the same account, and login to both casino, with no issues. Your money/balance will appear at both, and comp points are earned at both and shared, with no issues!

    The only issue, is multiple logins, and this is a setting by RTG. We do adhere to the suggestions and operations, but of course, we can override them when the circumstances arise. Does this answer you question?

    I know that previously, you were offering a 100% transparency for us to see and no, I'm not going to ask who slammed the door on that.

    But I was curious, as I don't understand this whole thing. So here's my question. I would have PM you, but thought the answer might shed some light on the overall situation your casinos are in.

    You and Play Fair are sisters, but not affiliated with anyone else. So who has the power to yank the transparency when they are not part or affiliated with your casino.

    In other words, I thought you guys stood alone from other onllines. How is it, they got you to back off this offer?

  • ok guys it's simple there are two types of bonuses coreect? one is with no restrictions and no max cash and the other one has a playthru  and a max cash out correct with me so far? rather then all my money in with a max cash out of ten times i split it up play half with no restrictions then if i am lucky on my favorate game i win but if i'm not i still have my other depoist that got a higher bonuse even though it had a max cash out so i can have my cake and eat it to make sense??

    It looks like, on the surface, that the issues and confusion we were bringing up here with the registration process, and shared databases may have caused a shift in thinking. Casino 33 will continue on in it's Soft start mode and CasinoJack has assured me that he will continue to be our representitive for that casino and will continue doing as ha has been doing with regards to that.

    Playfair will be a completely seperate entity and casino and I have requested that they to visit and possibly provide us with their own rep. Both have assured me that any pending play, withdrawals or balances will continue to be honored as the transition occurs..

    Do recognize as things like databases and the nuts and bolts make the separation there may be some turmoil. If as the transfer occurrs anyone runs into Any issue, Speak up here so CasinoJack, and Playfair can handle it as quickly as possible.

  • Ok, after reading the posts "carefully" regarding this casino (Playfair), here's what happened...
    I tried to redeem the "Jimbeaux-thing" in live chat after registering a new account with a diff name & email THAN THAT of Casino33.  Freddy was cool, but tech probs kept him from performing the process.  So, me being impatient as always, I redeemed a diff code & played that out.
    I just now logged in & spoke to Greg about Jimbeaux rockin (lol) and this is the convo:

    He was great.  I don't fault anyone but myself.
    I'm still going to wait & see a little longer before I depsoit here--having been burned badly by an RTG (who will remain nameless here) in the past.
    That being said, I decided a long while back that I would redeem any & all RTG chips I can get my hands on--without making any deposits.
    For the moment, I'll let Playfair get a "fair chance".

  • This is the kind of thing I was warning about as they do the seperation. Lot of bandwidth may get tied up so we may see some tech issues occur.

    As for the codes, Remember that this casino and Casino33 set things up so folks could not accidentally double chip and void winnings. this is a positive thing, knowing that if you are able to redeem, you should be eligible to withdraw.

    One final heads up. As the seperation occurs and the new accounts are registered, it is possible that some may see a temporary lock out of your original account. This is an automated thing from the software and, while it has not happened yet, I was given heads up it could happen.
    If it does, contact the Customer service/Live chat for that casino as it will require a manual overide to clear... but i am assured it will be a "no problem" type thing.

  • I went to playfair and redeemed coupon.  After losing that I went to chat and said Jimbeaux sent me I was told that I would not get that chip because I already had the welcome bonus.  Had I known that I would have used the Jimbeau chip because it was larger.  Bummer!!

    I logged into Playfair today to deposit and check it out and now I am locked out of both???

    All I can say is that I have not abused any free chips.  And I won't bother e-mailing support because I have found THAT is a useless endeavor.

    To all that have had a great experience at either casino, great.  And after reading this forum I thought I would as well.  My money shall go elsewhere now.  I really should learn a lesson and skip every RTG out there.  I am sticking with Microgaming casinos.

    Go back to chat and tell them what happened.  They will fix it.  This happened to me too at both casinos.  CS was very helpful on both and fixed both problems.
