my account has been locked twice now but they open it right away it's got something to do with the software while they are splitting up i don't know anything about computors but it made sense to me i think that is the reason they are giving everyone who goes to chat a free chip today even if thev'e gotten one before

I just got the $55 chip so there is no way i'm gonna even try 4 that other free $10. The free $10 is not even what i'm interested in anyways... what I am more interested in is that extra special insurance bonus mamrone had mentioned they give along with it. That would b nice.

I opened a separate account yesterday at playfair also. Talked to live chat. got my ND bonus, played, tried to log in today and was locked out.
Talked to live chat on the web today, she stated I had multiple accounts, but then said the one with the same log in was the active account. I played with the new account yesterday I know. I'm so confused. -

Freddy @ live support was very nice. He made me an offer I could not refuse so & I made a $50 deposit @ playfair. The offer we agreed upon was 777% and 300% insurance. I did not make the playthru so my question is...Am I wrong when assuming that the 300% insurance means that if I did not make the playthru then I would get 300% back 2 try again? And if so how do I go about claiming it? Do I need 2 go talk 2 live support 2 have them help me with that? -

when i tried again to make a withdraw( which was a hassle in it self) they told me they haven't received my faxback form.
turns out that the # on your form is WRONG!

I see that you are looking into that faxback number screw up for Phantom. I also would like to see some detailed information , preferrably corrective action, as to how a casino could be so blatantly neglegent in keeping members info from getting into the wrong hands.
This phone number that is on the form does not even CLOSELY RESEMBLE the number that is should be.
This is something that the finance department should have audited before sending out to print.
I wanted to make a deposit here yesterday, but as of now, I don't feel safe in doing so.

The number on the form, if you call it was not a fax, was our old customer service number. It has been resolved. As far as security, etc. We have many safeguard in place, from what customer service reps are allowed to bring into and out of the office, server security etc.
In addition, RTG audited the firewalls, and other security measures. They stay on top of us!
EDIT: One last thing, we offically go live the first of next month, this whole period has been soft launch to iron out these types of things.
