casino jack let me ask you a question if casino33 and playfair are sister casino's why do you only post notes about casino33? i have played at playfair and really like the people there shouldn't you be pitching both! or is it that they are different?

I saw your first post and now this one. I know bait when i see it. As of today, both casinos are sisters. This means sales are handled by different operators, but overnight customer service is centralized. Payouts, as of today are handled by the central office side of operations, and is why I thought your post seemed to be a tad off the mark.

i really don't know what you mean by bait i have been playing at playfair before they were rtg and never heard of casino33 i have read all the blogs and see everyone talking about 33 but couldn't understand why you seemed to only decuss one and not the other i want to make money and have fun just like everyone else here i have cashed out at playfair in the past so how can you say as of today they have not  had any player payouts are you trying to say no one has ever won any money there?????????? i know for a fact that's not true i just wanted to know what's up because i want to play were i can win the most so forgive me for asking you a question you didn't feel comfortable with. i have played just about every rtg casino out there and only give my money to a few that i can trust. i base my trust by how the chat people treat me and how they handle their payouts i'm am sorry that my loyalty to your sister resort offends you i certainly didn't mean to. i was simply looking for information on wht the differect reallly was.

Casino33 and Playfair Casino have been sister casinos for about 2 weeks now. This is about when both sites went live, under the RTG software.

Casino33 is a new site, with RTG. Playfaircasino existed before under another software provider.

Both now currently run as sister sites.

I wish, mods please move or split or whatever.

The interaction that is going on between players and casino rep are, I think, Invaluable but I would like to keep the other thread for codes and codes only, This way we can enjoy watching CasinoJacks jaw drop each time we come up with another one.

You sent me another Moneygram number, but the person at the Moneygram agent has already told me that it is illegal to collect any winnings using moneygram, so I don't think she will give me the money anyway. I'm not sure if I was supposed to pretend that it wasn't from a casino.. I wouldn't have told her what it was for if it hadn't failed and she started asking a lot of questions...

I am not an attorney so I cannot answer this. This is the first time I heard this about Moneygram giving anyone a hard time. Can you try another office? Can we do a Western Union for you?

There is only one Moneygram office that I can actually get to. It would be better for me if the Moneygram could be cancelled and the money sent as a Western Union Transfer if that is possible

I've been following this thread from the get-go, and been impressed with the dialogue; I love to gamble, but have become very disillusioned over the past year, what with all the no-U.S. legislation, in addition to questionable RTG policies/ procedures.
That being said, I'm beginning to think that perhaps things are changing; I logged into Playfair, spoke to live help (Tracy, you are phenomenal),  and received the no-deposit bonus, in addition to some extremely courteous conversation with Tracy. This is typically unheard of from RTG, so I really have to say a big 'THANK YOU' to CasinoJack; I'm looking forward to my first deposit at your casinos!

I've played this casino and after all the huff and puff.. I find it no better than any other.. sorry Jack.. I appreciate your being in the forum... it does make me feel better having a casino rep on hand.. but the payout is no better than any other site.. I deposited $75 and with all the bonuses you provide. I never made it over the bonus or play through.. and that was at a 50 cent bet... mostly.. I honestly found nothing special about your site.. Just my opinion...

I too made a deposit there gofish and yep... it is an RTG... no real surprises there. i took them up on the freechip and deposit bonus, did real good on the no deposit $25 making the 50x playthrough after about 5 hours play (50x on 25 dollars!!!) and working the 25 up to about 200 where I hovered at nearly the whole time. I decided not to try cashing out and eventually fizzled out and burned. I started at .50 a bet  then down to last $10 made a bet on lucky caboose at 1.50 and hit the bonus. That bankrolled the rest of the playthrough run.

On the deposit I kicked in 50 and got a huge 500% match with a 33% playthrough, thats $9,900.. i had 300 to play with, started in at 1.50 to 2.00, lot of ups and downs  and played for a bit over 8 hours before crashing and burning with 1400 left to go on the playthrough.

Let me put this out there, 97.5% payout is how often a wager has some kind of return, often small ones that may not even cover the bet, but it is a payout... based on my play, I believe the numbers I was shown as to the frequency of pays.

That said, my impressions of the casino were favorable, my experiences with live support were very helpful and knowing that the opportunity to actually recieve a payout if I were to win are the things i think make the casino stand out a little bit.

In my opinion it is next to impossible to make the playthru.  A person would really have to have touched some crap on their hands to get lucky enough to make a 9,900 playthru.  I just played a free chip at coolcat and when the reeels are spinning slow that should have been the first clue it wasnt going to last long, which it didn't.  I played the free chip at casino33 and that didnt last very long either.  When I play and cannot even win enough to keep playing for awhile then I will not deposit my money at that casino because the play wont be any different, no wins.  My money goes to 7sultans and i did try depositing at superior and had a great play time.

Well, I guess we cannot be for everyone. I am sorry you feel this way, but I understand everyone has their lucky casinos

PS, we do have many many slots set to the RTG maximum of 97.5%. As of today a few of the top of my head are Cleopatra's Gold, Derby Dollars, Tally Ho, Hidden riches and 3 stooges all at 97.5%

casino jack i chatted with greg at playfair in regards to a freechip where i was inform to open an acc using a different email to receive this freechip just wondering would that be double dipping i'm fairly new to all this .

At this time, If a sales rep for playfair says is ok, then go ahead. I would make sure he notes your account.

Is tricky re: promotions etc, as our terms state one per household. We also know many households, both spouses play online casinos. There is an expection to every rule of course.

(exp: different emails but account info being simular and/or same emails
but different log-in names)

My understanding is casinojack is trying to cut this out so payment

I am trying to be proactive, and I know some of you have never seen this practice before. We want to be different. We want you to be paid same day as much as possible, and as we go through this soft launch, this will become the norm.

i;ve honestly never had a problem getting paid i don;t open many account just one at each resort and that i know is not a problem i have been doing it for many years now if you are two separate casinos i should be allowed to play at both if you are one that's different then why use two different names i think it is great that someone from your casino is on this forum don;t get me wrong and you h ave some wonderful ideas but i just have a lot of questions i have to feel really good before anyone gets my hard earned money

let my explain myself a little better if i play at sister resorts (which i do) i normally splet my deposit i make one payment on visa and the reps split it for me so much in each resort i usually play one with a high bonus and one with a no max that;s my system and it works i like to play no max so i play that first then if and whe i run out of money i play the other one which has a max cash out cause if i win some money is better then no money if i put all of it in one i end up lossing all of it does that make sende to anyone but m?????
