That is one question i would like to know.. I know certain laws and
restrictions will do it i found that out, thinking i did something wrong
i was cut off from a casino, it was because i was USA..
But for some.. theres no explaination.. other then i found that

For the longest time there has been so few RTG sites that could be trusted to be fairly run, that would payout on winnings as promised that many became jaded... That has steadily been shifting as more and more professionally run and reputable venues come online...
On the plus side, your quick response in effectively handling it is promising as well. As well, giving a prompt response to luckybbj and a sensible answer as to why suddenly an account in good standing suddenly is locked out was fantastic. The 88% is a surprise to me, but does go quite a ways toward explaining what we all have noticed and commented on our own. I recently played through $100 in a casino with the best hit being two times doubling my bet, 0 bonus rounds out of well over 300 spins and basically sucking my bankroll down faster than a two year old with a crazystraw and a cup of chocolate milk.
If it is possible I will try to get some funds transferred to my re-loadable Visa to take advantage of playing some of my favorite games at the 97.5%. I normally do my deposits through Ewalletxpress, but until that option clears I will look into alternatives.
The casino tour thing is a cool idea. While most of us here are veterans in the online gaming thing, from a players point of view I doubt any of us have ever had the chance to see what goes on at the other end. I assume you are talking some kind of web cam like tour, with you as out tour guide...
That said, I will try not to drift this thread to much more, clearing this thread for feedback and chips. As has been noted earlier Playfair casino and Casino 33 are "sistered". While not a completely hidden fact, it is not one that is overtly advertised either. The 50 code's that was offered earlier have now expired... but there is a freebie offered in my earlier post. it is a managers special and you must follow the instructions I posted to claim it.
This is for Casino 33, I do not know if it is applicable at Playfair. -

on my earlier post it was from playfair i than downloaded casino33 and had the same problem when i tried to go to the cashier so i contacted live support and i got GABE again he told me as long as you dont try to use the same coupon at both casinos you can have an account at both and just like at fairpaly there coupons were no longer good BUT he did credit my casino33 account 25.00. as i was playing my account just zeroed out - I exited the casino and when i went to log back it it said it was "locked" - so once again i contacted live support and they said it was address - but in the long run they admitted it should not have been done unlocked my account and gave me back the money that was there when they locked it
