I did make a deposit on the offer that the casino made... I then went to live chat this morning gave them the code and assured i would be eligible. I did not make the playthrough this time, unfortunatly but was able to redeem the coupon.
Mote, the minimum deposit for a credit card there is $25. i have been able to deposit with no problems using the walmart issued Visa reloadable card.
I like that the monthly service charge is only $3.00 versus 9.95 that netspend charges. -

Hey everyone! Casino Jack here. Just informed by customer service a lot of you trying for duplicate accounts. If this keeps up, we MUST cancel this again. I am sorry, we like you all to try us, but we cannot keep up with the fraud.
Good luck to you all, I know is only a tiny percentage that can mess up a good thing. -

Hi casinojack,
I tried to explain to support (they have not replied to any of my emails) that I did not know that when you signed up for one of your casinos, you already had an account at the other casino.
Usually, even with sisters, you must open an account at each casino yourself.
They do no automatically GIVE YOU AN ACCOUNT at their other casinos just because you signed up at one. (Maybe some of the bingo sites do.)
This has caused a lot of confusion and they don't tell you exactly that is what happened.
In my case they said, that user name already exists, try a different user name. So I did and that's how I got 2 accounts.
I did not commit intended fraud!

I think Jade has something of a point casinojack.
While I agree that fraud has to be fought ruthlessly, is there anyway to see if these 'multiple' accounts things are actually just an instance of trying to create a unique account at each of the casinos?
This is actually something that many of the rival and Top Games casinos Require you do, creating a seperate unique user profile for each. you can use the same email and personal info but must have a different user name at each.
If this is what you are seeing occurring at Playfair and Casino33 it could explain what is occurring and you can request the players whohave done so to contact Livesupport to have one account designated primary and the second one wiped.
I believe that, if this is the situation (versus 10-15 accounts and attempts to conceal IP addresses and other indications of fraudulant intent), that the mistake is an honest misunderstanding and the player can return to good graaces to ecoming a depositing member of your facility.2.8/ 5

I checked my accounts and I am using both the same log in name at both casinos..Damn..I never realized this.
My apologies CasinoJack, such was not my intent.
At the "Rivals" they have account search and this stops me from using the same name in all of them.
But I didn't remember the Casino33 log in and as such have 1 account with Casino33 and one at Playfair.
So is there a way to resolve this??2.8/ 5

yes folks
These two casinos are "true sisters". This means One account accesses all fetures of both casino's. They also DO pay out on free chips as well as on deposits in a vey respectable timeframe, so if you wish to NOT have you'r win voided, stick to one account.
i would recommend that this be one of those accounts you keep clean and always deposit between chips. A casino that pays off on a non-deposit chip without hassles is a goldmine. -

If you are using the same account name and details for both, i beieve that is what you are supposed to be doing Geneco as this constitutes a single account.
The issue is when you do, as with a rival casino, create a second user ID which becomes a second acccount.
casinojack can correct me if i am mistaken.2.8/ 5

I to would like to resolve this mess up.
I have not deposited at either casino because of this mix up.
(I can only get into casino33 at this time)
I have made great attempt to resolve this, but as yet no reply from support at fairplay or the message I sent to casinojack and here on this thread today.
I have done all I can do!

CasinoJack,
I have only one account, but i must say.. i'm a little insulted for the others
Fraud is not a nice word, especially for those that have unintentionally
and not knowing and have tried to explain.. this i have done myself
Using the word fraud, jumping on here and immediatley posting that comment only that just being informed?
Maybe a more civil approach could of just explained
that duplicate accounts are not allowed, and you cannot continue with it -

I do try to sleep sometimes. The cases I was referring to was having many more then 2 accounts....up to 120 in some cases.
I can help you with support in about 2 hours from now, Just bear with me, and Ill fix everyone's issues. If I offended anyone I am sorry, but I did mention this earlier in the thread about playfair and casino33. I mention fraud as the reason bonus need to stop, not innocent duplicate accounts for those unaware that there are sister sites. 2 accounts does not cause for alarm on our side. Not earlier in this same thread the user hwo suggested using more than one email account, and you will see why I mention fraud, not "oops"
If you contact livehelp, on 24x7, we will ifx these issues right away.
See you back in 2 hours, thanks for your patience.

Thank you CasinoJack,
I got a better understanding, 120 accounts is rediculas
and on trying to recieve a cash-out would constitute frauding.
If other then that they are really messing with your casino, something
serious you do have to protect yourself.
I know you have your handsful.
Jimb also gave me a better understanding as well..
There are plenty of No Deposit Codes for many many casinos here
me being a code hunter, i have only needed 1 account and have
always been kept busy, making 100's of accounts at
one casino is just not nessesary
so i don't blame you at all CasinoJack, infact thats rediculas3.8/ 5

IS ok all
First off, to be clear, fraud s when you create like 10 accounts. We consider 2 to be innocent and treat it like that.
The code will not work if the systems see you had a free chip already. Keep in mind the system does a lot of automatic bans not only to protect us, but you also. Usually a simple to chat on live chat or a pm here if you have time, and these get resolved. And wouldn't you rather know about this now then when you go to cash out? We trying to be proactive so I does not appear only on payouts, we enforce theses requirements. Curious for feedback -

Thanks for understanding
Keep in mind btw, how I know the opinion of online casinos is more or less this"
"I can always deposit and play, but when I win and want to withdrawal then they apply the rules"
We trying to be proactive on this, and I admit we need to balance it. We currently have a large depositor we also froze just to make sure they understand the rules, and don't get upset at withdrawal time. In some cases this will be great, but there is no perfect solution I am ware of. Thankfully for us so far, though yo have seen issues of suplicate accounts being banned, we have had NO issues re: "Why can't I get my money" by nipping this in the bud.
Thanks for working with us on this while we get the kinks worked out... -

If I am reading this right, you have the Coupon setting able to recognize that a player's last bonus was a freebie and will not accept a code untill the player is eligible?
Believe it or not this has been a major grumble as long as I have been chiping (if i was not eligible, why did it let me redeem it?" type of thing.
Again... good deal -

I like the idea and am surprised that it's "Obviously" not implemented by many of the casinos. Of course, then this probably does lead to more people making the multiple accounts.
But in my small view, I'd rather have an online casino stay alive and healthy (For payouts of course!) then to have it constantly questioning each withdrawal over a period of weeks.
Good show! -

CasinoJack,
I have a quick question, i know the obvious answer, free chips
are designed to give a new players a feel or check out the casino
and/or entice them into depositing. After depositing are all free chips
void to the depositing player, or does your casino have another way
to keep the depositing players happy (continued % bonuses or such)
I see alot of players thinking they are "punished" because of not being
able to use free chips as a depositing player only wishing to
become a new player again.. -

Welcome to the forum CasinoJack. Ummmmm....My hubby made a booboo and I'm not sure how to correct it now. I registered with Casino33 and I actually am expecting a callback Monday from a rep about a deposit bonus you guys are offering me (I couldn't deposit when they called last week so they're calling me back). My hubby however registered with Playfair before I read here from the amazing Jimbeaux that you guys were true sister sites. I need his account closed so I don't get messed up Monday when I deposit. What's the best way to handle this hun? His ID is Wolfen64 and mine is Booo73 (I know big shock lol). Thanks so much for your help hun. I am soooooooo looking forward to adding a reliable RTG to my personal list of trusted casinos. Thanks tons hun.

Hi casinojack, was wondering if you could help me with a problem from casino33?
I deposited $50 and won $334. I was told that I could get my money by Western Union. I was then told that I had been paid by Moneygram. I went into the moneygram agent near me today and the code that I was emailed didn't work and they said that I couldn't get the money basically. The lady there kept my printed out email with the code in it and she wants to launch a fraud investigation into the casino. I was so embarrased going into the moneygram agent and them telling me I had been scammed and now I don't know what to do ?!2.8/ 5

Um,so you went to moneygram, and based on your email they going to do what?
Come on now, I think this is going a little to far. Please PM me your login name for the casino and I will look into this. Most players owuld have contacted the casino to ask what the issues was, if there was any. I am in shock by this story, so send me that Pm with your login, and I will address it here when we figure this out. 99% of times is unable to pickup is a name spelled wrong or a typo in the number. It does happen, and we can fix this right away.

It is my understanding that you do not need to open up or register an account at both. Yes, when you download the second casino you get the 'it appears you have not played her before, would you like to register" screen, but if you close that and just use your regular login, you go straight to the games.
