nah i dont mind, i will never get money from that group, and i already uninstalled all their casinos. Was funny since first time i ever tried one of their casinos i met a bonus that is totally allowed and they banned me, then later i tried mighty slots, where i met another one only bonus, there they didnt ban me but i have the withdrawal page blocked lol.... whatever.... hope they broke soon. And for a manager that says that to a customer???? in a business is incredible.

Well they are a rogue group and if nobody deposited, they certainly would go bust. I still can't get over the way that guy spoke to you and to find out that he is the manager....unreal.
Unfortunately, not everyone reads up on casinos before they deposit; I was one that didn't until I came to LCB. I've deposited at a rogue before and whilst they did pay me, I wouldn't ever deposit there again.

I think they saw my topic here , the first topic i made about slots inferno, since my user there is the same as here, maybe they saw it, who knows, and thats why they treated me like that, or maybe lot of ppl isnt depositing there anymore and im glad about it if thats the reason the manager spoken to me like that. Also if u notice the representative asked for the manager and he started the chat in a really bad mood...
funny is that the person that must be in a bad mood is me that they own me money at 3 casinos of their group. and banned me at the first one ive tried, i even sent docs! anyways, i think LCB worked out and they dont have too much deposits thats why he was a bit mad.
Later on, i realized they dont have ukash or paysafecard to deposit, neteller or skrill, they dont work with their group, they only have click2pay and bank wire to withdrawal with fee of 50 USD. So if you want to withdrawal you need to have a credit card and a click2pay account... i dont use cc to deposit since i dont trust too much about sending copies of cc over emails, that can be hacked or something, so i use neteller or skrill. But if those companies dont trust them... you have at least one other reason they are rogue.0.1/ 5

you know i realized that for some casinos is impossible to report anything, they dont say from where they are, dont have addresses, post mail or anything so you cant do anything about it, they are law free to do anything they want, so thats why i already uninstalled all. Sadly online casinos , some of them, are rogue and you cant do anything to get your money. If you go to law is the same, you wont win since they dont have a base or something to claim... if they say to you we wont pay you , they just wont do it, and you are behind a computer miles away... you cant do anything.

This is why we need to regulate their asses!! So stuff like this doesn't happen. Pardon my French ya'll but they can get away with it online because chances are likely they're hundreds if not thousands of miles away and let's face it.... we have little if any recourse. (Especially US)
Kadzait I'm really sorry you had to go through that, I hope you didn't deposit any money with them. Guys, I can't emphasize enough, those warning signs are there for a reason. I never, ever, ever deposit where I see a warning sign or read about numerous bad experiences. Too many other reputable sites that respect us. Anyway, enough ranting from me. If someone spoke like that in person to a customer here in the US, he would most likely develop a speech impediment with a foot up his ass. (Can I say that?) -

If you check out our Terms of Use, you will notice the following rule:
•Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one no-deposit bonus and are subsequently offered another one. a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.
