I waited two months and asked chat support a couple of times meanwhile and they promised me I would be paid - even though there were terms that was probably not met from what I could see (but it is not obvious when you read them). That was "no problem" since my case had already been submitted to the accounting department just waitning to be approved. I am sure they would in the end claim that the terms or my details was no longer valid. I can't see why they are doing this kind of business at all. Since I have had a pending cashout request for two months I have not been able to deposit and play , so they would not earn any more money on me anyway.
