  • You are sooo right Chocolateman! I have withdrawn more at Cleos than I have deposited overall, and to be honest I rarely deposit anywhere else anymore. Even when I lose at Cleos I just go cash in my Spree credits for jewelry or something and I feel a little better laugh_out_loud. I have won the daily raffle multiple times and even won the weekly raffle once! I would be very upset if they close shop when the "sweepstakes promotion" is over.

  • This is my first time posting on here but Im hoping someone could give me some kind of advice. I like the games and have gotten the jewelry I ordered.  I cashed out for the first time, no problems.  I deposited the check into my checking yesterday.  I just scanned it in and got a confirmation number so didnt talk to anyone.  Checked my account this morning and there is no record of it so I called them and they had me talk to a woman in the loss prevention dept.  She told me it was not a legitamite check that it was fraudulent and wanted to know where and why I got it then told me she would call me and tell me if she found anything else out and what I should do on Tuesday at the earliest.  I withdrew the 2000.00 and the check was for 2000.06.  It came from some company called (name removed on request).  I called them got a recording to leave a voicemail.  went to live chat for virtualspree and cleos and he asked me a couple questions and has not responded since. 

  • I talked to live chat again and the payment processor is supposed to be calling me and letting me know how to proceed from here.  I also called jp morgan and chase and there automated system was able to verify that it is a valid account.  Maybe its my bank being stupid.  Has anything like this happened to anyone else.

    5-12 days to process, 5-12 days to receive.  I thought it was just one set of 5-12, but the second one didn't take as long as the first.  Check arrived quickly once processing was complete.

    I don't know, but it could just be they are really busy doing all they do to verify and do, well, processing.  They have done updates to their system and they've been handing out the ND and deposit codes, getting lots of new customers and the winners... Oh, my!  Have you seen the list of winners on their site?  I found my name there!  Hope to see it again really soon.

    I've had problems with checks coming from Canada, but my check from Cleo's was not a problem.  It is probably your banker's issue.  Cleo's has sent out a lot of money to US sweepstake prize winners and i haven't heard any problems with the checks.

    banks always make me feel guilty like I am doing something wrong wanting to use my own money for my own purposes.  They should only put a hold on your check until it clears and not give you the third degree.

    Not understanding.....So are u saying you did an electronic deposit , just scanned in and deposited?  If so scanned deposits are probably scrutinized more than depositing the physical check.  Is it a US check, I am ussuming so becasue you said chase.  It most likely not the bank being stupid but overprotective.

  • If I remember correctly, they will send you an email when it is processed.  I stared at mine there in the cashier for a long time.  Mine came in the mail but some got it delivered by courier (UPS, Fedex, whatever).

  • I think what they are referring to is the fact that it says they are on spin 15 of 5 spins.  Meaning they have already exceeded the amount of spins that were supposedly awarded initially.  So I think there meaning that really they were on spin 5 of 15.

    I don't think I can deposit at a place like this anymore. That is totally untrustworthy. Malfunction or not. And they only gave you back your 20 dollar deposit??? You had well over that before your malfunctioning bonus spins ever started!

  • Wow, I feel bad I haven't posted here in awhile, a lot has happened at Cleos from what I read in these recent posts! It's weird because I also got the backwards free spins stuck on 11x bet, but I only won about $600 before it stopped and I have a pending withdrawal now. I hope they do not void the withdrawal because it's only for $700. I will let you all know what happens. I still don't have any trouble withdrawing or depositing checks from CVR, but I am sorry to hear some people can't cash the checks.

    Soonerchick - I also get disconnected from the server, but only sometimes so it doesn't bother me too much. It takes them awhile to register your play through percentage, so usually if I think I've done a good bit of it I'll log off for a few hours or check back the next morning and it's there.  smiley

I am beginning to wonder about this place and I so love their games.....Any one else having this issue?

    Did you post this same thing on their facebook page?  I am just curious I saw someone post the same thing their.

    It is crazy that they take that long to get an error like that fixed.  I am sure the DOJ is already after them.  They get only US players, and brag that is legal but really their description of why it is legal is a bunch of yam yam.  They paint their own target on their back.

  • When using a Prepaid Card. You must regisiter it with the same Zip code as with you Cleo-VIP account. If not you will encounter that deposit error and have to wait 5 days. Before your deposit is returned.

    Alright then there are other people having the same issue.  I saw someone saying something about why cant they just give them casino credit rather than refunding.  They dont keep that negative stuff on their facebook long , because they can delete what they want.

  • I know everyone has ignored me on the subject, and I'm sure everyone is ecstatic that there's for once a casino that has the processing and CS operations in the US.  Yet this is what I was talking about.  This casino only seems to work for a select few group of people.  It would seem unless if your running that "exact" correct configuration of a PC.  Probably even running that "exact" perfect internet connection.
    That your going to have software issues.
    As for the processing issues, I could have seen that coming from a mile away.  Mainly because there taunting the DOJ by saying.  Were not a casino, were a sweepstakes.  When pretty much you can tell what there mainly for.
    I really "STRONGLY" advise people from playing at this casino.  I could care less if they pay within a month by check from a US bank that's cashable anywhere.  It's the idea that there really trying to flaunt themselves in front of DOJ by making false claims practically and then have really dysfunctional software to boot.
    Personally I'll laugh if every single one who has complied with there "compliance" request of an ID and social security number has there identity stolen.  This really seem like a setup for a large theft ring just waiting to happen.  Anyways since no one seems to want to listen to logic.  Except that there occasionally seeing a check from this place.  I'm going to sign off on this thread.
