In this video report, we bring you our tester's first-hand experience with non-US-friendly Fansbet Casino. Licensed by Malta and the United Kingdom, this platform has been part of the iGaming industry since 2017. Offering competitive odds and tailor-made bets along with an impressive selection of casino and live dealer products, the team running this betting website is dedicated to making this place a fan-friendly, enjoyable gaming environment.
Knowing that processing time for Visa Debit transactions varies from one casino to another, our tester made a deposit of £150 using this banking option and explored a couple of slot games from the operator’s massive portfolio. As soon as her balance was £282.02p, she decided to make a withdrawal request using the same payment method. Overall, the entire process, from registration to cashout finalization was completed in less than 24 hours.
Having in mind that she used a debit card, was is necessary to complete the ID verification procedure? If so, which documents was the tester required to submit?

Registration and KYC
On January 11, 2022, the tester signed up to Fansbet Casino. To become a member, she needed to fill in a 3-step form and leave some basic info about herself, such as name, date of birth, address, mobile telephone, and a couple more. The third step required her to select the user name and password, and also set preferred odds style, currency, and deposit limits.
As soon as she did so, the tester received two e-mails. One of them was a welcome offer of 10 no deposit spins with no wagering, while the second featured information regarding the KYC process.
According to the e-mail, the tester needed to send a picture of herself with a photo ID and a stamped bank statement as proof of address. As she was one of the many UK residents who switched to paperless bank statements, she submitted the most recent online bank statement along with a ‘selfie’ with her driver’s license.
Once the KYC info was sent, an automated response was triggered. In addition to what she already submitted, the mail indicated that the operator may also seek a date of submission proof, such as the picture of Google date. Up to the moment the review was published, the tester received no confirmation whether the documents she provided were suitable.
Deposit
Before making a deposit, the tester decided to claim no deposit spins she had received for signing up. On January 11, 2022, the tester made funded the account with £150 via Visa Debit but was required to complete verification before being able to play. An on-screen pop-up instructed her to open the banking app on her mobile to complete the deposit process. Once done, £150 was in her casino account.
To fund the account players can use some of the cards, or e-wallets. The minimum amount one can use to replenish the account is £10. In some cases, players may be charged fees on transactions, but they will be informed in advance in such situations.
Gameplay
Having funded the account, the tester ventured into the lobby to play some slot games. One of the first games played was Neptune’s Fortune Megaways, where she was awarded the minor jackpot of 50x her stake (£40).
As far as the tester noted, every time a game is chosen, a pop-up appears on screen alerting the player that she was using her ‘real money balance’, not the bonus funds. Each time the notification appeared, the full-screen gameplay mode would be deactivated.
This was slightly frustrating for our tester, who didn’t claim any bonuses, and therefore had no bonus funds on her balance.
In addition to this, “Error 212” appeared in three different video slots, namely Fortunium Mega Moolah, Shamrock Holmes Megaways, and Lucky O’Mega. Each time, the game would freeze, and our reviewer was required to close each of those affected games.
To resolve the issue, she turned to the live chat support department. according to the agent who responded, the issue could have been connected to glitches in cache and cookies. Once those had been cleared, there were no more “Error 212” messages.
The largest of our tester’s wins was triggered during the recently launched Let’s Go Crabbin’ video slot by Pragmatic Play. While playing, six scatter crabs landed and transformed the base game into a bonus play where £100 was awarded at the end of the feature.
Withdrawal
On the very same day, January 11, 2022, the tester made a request for £282.02p via Visa Debit. Once submitted, an on-screen pop-up informed her she would receive an update on her request within 24-hours.
According to the casino terms, the maximum withdrawal limit is € 5,000 weekly. The available cashout methods include debit cards and e-wallets among others. All withdrawals should be processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Despite KYC not being verified at the point of making the withdrawal request, the tester received an email less than 50-minutes later explaining the withdrawal had been verified. The email went on to say it could take a further 5 working days to receive her funds. However, her withdrawal of £282.02p was already in her bank account, marking this investigation as a super-efficient one.
Conclusion
Based on our tester’s experience with Fansbet casino, there were no major issues in either of the segments. As everything was finalized within less than 24 hours, including the casino balance being transferred to her bank account, this journey was quite a pleasant one for our tester.
