Back From the Players for the Players: Fansbet Casino’s Lightning-Fast Visa Debit Cashout of £282.02p

Fansbet Casino has a lot of fingers in a lot of pies in terms of gambling products and are renowned for their offers. Since launching in 2017, this 24/7 online entertainment venue has offered customers a total of five core gaming products under the one roof, effectively welcoming players to switch from one to the other with ease. Sports betting, in-play bets, live casino, casino and virtuals are readily available, and when accessing any (or all), customers can help give back to local charities via their ‘giving back’ program.

Promotions are plentiful with deals offered across the board, including offers where you can play for free with no wagering requirements on winnings. There are free bets for the sports fanatics, up to £10K in cash up for grabs in the free prediction promos as well as free chips, casino bonus, risk-free bets, cashback and a cash out option. Other popular features include “quick and reliable withdrawals” plus “the most popular payment solutions” so with this in mind, we wanted to put them to the test as part of our From the Players for the Players project. Stick with us to find out how our expert reviewer got on when they signed up to Fansbet Casino.

Registration

On Tuesday 11th January, MarvelFanatic signed up to Fansbet Casino with a view to making a deposit and playing some games before requesting a withdrawal. The three-step registration form requires the following info:

  1. Personal details: Name, date of birth and email address
  2. Contact Information: Mobile telephone and address
  3. Account Information: This is where a username must be chosen as well as a password, preferred odds style (for sports betting) and currency. A deposit limit (daily/weekly/monthly) must be selected before an account can be created.

Once complete, our reviewer received a welcome email as well as two additional pieced of info; the first being a welcome offer of 10 no deposit spins (with no wagering), and the second was informing them of the requirement to complete the KYC process.

MarvelFanatic is one of the millions of people in the UK to opt for paper-less bank statements, which means a stamped bank statement wasn’t an option for her. Instead, she decided to send a recent online bank statement along with a ‘selfie’ with her driver’s license. An automated response was triggered once the KYC info was sent, info detailing what she was already told on the Fanbet Casino website, but she is yet to receive an update on whether her information was suitable.

Depositing

Before making a deposit, MarvelFanatic decided to claim her no deposit spins he had received for signing up. Once complete, a quick scout of the promotions page revealed there were no automatic bonuses to be triggered which meant no wagering surprises.

Fansbet Casino claim to offer “the most popular payment solutions”, however, this was not the case when our reviewer visited the cashier. There are but two options offered in terms of deposits: Visa Debit or Mastercard.

On Tuesday 11th January, MarvelFanatic made a deposit of £150 via Visa Debit, but was required to complete verification before being able to play. An on-screen pop-up instructed her to open the banking app on her mobile to complete the deposit process. Once done, £150 was in her FansBet Casino account.

Gameplay

Being a huge video slots fan, MarvelFanatic bypassed the live casino, virtuals and sports betting tabs and headed straight to the games lobby in search of bonus game fun. Despite offering hundreds of the very best online slots, the lobby was neat and extremely easy to navigate. One of the first games played was Neptune’s Fortune Megaways where after a few 80p spins, Neptune appeared and instantly triggered the jackpot bonus round. Our reviewer was guaranteed either the mini (20x), minor, (50x) major (200x) or grand jackpot (1000x) by pressing pearls. At the end of the bonus she was awarded the minor jackpot of 50x her stake (£40).

Every time a game is chosen, a pop-up appears on screen alerting the player to their ‘real money balance’, a vital piece of info but in our player’s case, it was frustrating as it came not once but twice, and each time it came, the full screen gameplay mode would be deactivated. MarvelFanatic had claimed no bonuses so there would be no ‘notification’ of any bonus funds being used.

“Error 212” appeared in no less than three different video slots and each time, the game would freeze, and our reviewer was required to close each of those affected games. The alert appeared while playing Fortunium Mega Moolah, Shamrock Holmes Megaways and Lucky O’Mega.

Heading to support, our tester of the day was quickly told the error could be done to “glitches” in “cache and cookies”. Once those had been cleared, there were no more “Error 212” messages! Thank goodness for instant live help!

The largest of our reviewers wins came with the (recently launched) Let’s Go Crabbin’ video slot release by Pragmatic Play. While playing, six scatter crabs landed and transformed base game into bonus play where £100 was awarded at the end of the feature. MarvelFanatic was hoping for a rainbow crab making an appearance (1000x), but it was not meant to be.

Withdrawal

With £282.02p in her Fansbet Casino account, MarvelFanatic decided it was time to cashout her entire balance. According to the casino terms, the maximum withdrawal limit is €10.000 weekly or £20.000 daily for the UK. The available withdrawal methods include debit cards and e-wallets among others.

On Tuesday 11th January, a request for £282.02p was made via Visa Debit. Once submitted, an on-screen pop-up informed her she would receive an update on her request within 24-hours.

Despite KYC not being verified at the point of making the withdrawal request, our tester of the day was pleasantly surprised to receive an email less than 50-minutes later explaining the withdrawal had been verified. The email went on to say it could take a further 5 working days to receive her funds.

However, her withdrawal of £282.02p was already in her bank account!

Conclusion

Any respectable online casino offers fair and transparent services, namely timely and reliable payments, player-friendly terms and efficient customer support and our tester had no issues with these key features.

This information concludes this extensive test as part of the project From the Players, For the Players. If you are a member of Fansbet Casino or consider making a deposit, we hope this report provided some useful information.
