    If documents are received and everything is in order, payments are sent in about 15 business days from them moment you requested your withdrawal.  However, if the Withdrawals department starts processing your cashout and documents haven't been received, they'll deny it and you would have to start over again with the waiting period.

    You didn't mention your login so I cannot check and see why your account was banned; please send me a PM with it, I'll be happy to look into it.

    It takes our processors 24 hours to collect funds from credit cards; players don't like waiting that long, so what we do is basically assume the charge will go through, which is the case 98% of the time.  Funds are credited to the account even though we haven't received them yet.

    Unfortunately, in some cases the transaction is rejected by the bank or credit card company and this was your case.  Since the funds were not collected, we must removed them from the account.

    My user name was kenjhub at VIP Lounge - i used a free chip, won 200.00 and NEVER received the payment.  Even after your casino responded to a complaint and saying they would send 100 I received nothing.  I had faxed and refaxed as well as emailed all documents.  The free chip I used was for "verifying" my account.  This has gone on almost a year now.

    I'm very pissed off today because last night i tryed to use a promotion coupon that had been sent to me and I'm not allowed to use it.October300 was in mail from cirrus,club player,VIP lounge,sov,prism and all the others.So i went into live chat and was told I'm no longer allowed to use no/playthrough coupons.Well this Stinks and i refuse to use 10x max ones.I have won Meany times now,but I'm not rich yet and have never won a jackpot that i was able to cash out.I dep 30.00,40.00 even more on these sites and go bust fast.I do get lucky and play for 6-8 hours and climb up to just over 1,000.00.I feel I'm being singled out for some reason.I see no posts from others having this problem,nor can i find this in the rules.I'm getting sick of sites making up new so called rules as i play.I was VIP on Vegas tech sites for years and i can no longer play their because i got pissed about a withdraw i didn't get.I hounded them for months and i got excuses after excuses.So i found a new group RTG and have Enjoyed playing on their sites.But now i have decided to stop playing and go back to local land based casinos.It sure would have been nice to win a 5,000 or more jackpot when i was able to use the coupons,but i have no chance in hell now.Not with 10x match!     We've been over this, you already knew you were no longer allowed to use no play - no max bonus codes and I had already explained.

    Skilled means you are not a new player that needs all the opportunities he/she can get to learn how to play, skilled means you know very well what you're doing.  Players are restricted from this specific type of bonuses all the time, they don't post because what they do is what I said you could also do: if you want to use a bonus and be able to cash out from a jackpot, simply use a code that has no max cashout but has a playthrough.  Playthroughs in our casinos are completely doable, unlike other casinos where they are 40x, 50x, I've even seen 60x.  Here it's usually 20x, more than easily done if you hit a jackpot.

  • No, we didn't go over this.At the time i asked about this it was just SOV account.Now its Every single Virtural group site.So we only talked about SOV not all the others.Thats ok becouse i'm done playing online and going back to land based casinos.This way i don't have to wait for my money nor have my vip level changed to regular. Also this rule was for blackjack players,but has now gone to slot players.

    I asked if my request was going to be approved today as it is now over 2 weeks
    since i made a withdrawal request .

    Heres what i am told by Lilly :-
    " No approvals are scheduled today or this week as per the withdrawal dept the next
     approval date is by the end of next week "    :o

    Well thats pretty ridiculous to be honest . So basically Palace of Chance are not
    approving requests within 4 weeks thats what im told in this chat exclamation!!

    There is no excuse for having to wait 4 weeks to get a withdrawal request approved
    it doesnt matter the high voulme in requests that have allegedly been made .

    What happened to the 3 week timeframe for payouts has that stopped now

    Help, please! I am having my own personal nightmare with Wild Vegas' payout.  On Sept. 24th I requested a wire transfer of $200. On Oct. 1st a non-collected withdrawal was approved - I don't even know what that was. On Oct. 8th a wire transfer for $146 was approved. Same day, a $54 wire transfer was declined. Same day a $54 manager withdrawal was requested and then approved.
    I called customer service and they told me that I would be mailed a check in another 10 business days. When I called customer service on Friday, Oct. 23 they told me $146 had been sent via money gram on Oct. 21st and that I would be contacted with the sender's name and control #. I called on Sunday and was told by a very rude man that the only way to contact the withdrawal dept is via live chat in their software. So I contacted them via live chat and was told to come back to live chat on Tuesday for my control # and sender's name. Low and behold live chat is not working today. Tried on two different computers. I can only send my user name and a message and they sent me an email stating "while you were offline" - which is BS because THEY are the ones who are offline! When I call customer service I get muzak and "you're call is very important to us..." JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY ALREADY! sad

    The transactions you are describing happen because our bonuses are non-cashable; your bonus amount was for $54 and it had to be removed from your account.

    Regarding your withdrawal, we do not send payments directly, especially not to the US, we have to use third party processors.  The request for your funds to be sent was done already, we're just waiting for them to send us the information you'll need to retrieve it.  This will be posted in your account some time this week.

    We have been in the middle of a thunder storm today and live chat has been unfortunately down, as well as our internet connections (on and off). The "while you were offline" is for us, I imagine you're getting an automatic response to let you know your attempt was recorded.

    Please feel free to contact CS later on today or tomorrow and ask if the information is in your account, or I can also check for you and send it as soon as I see it in your account.
