It means that like every other player issue once I have the details I escalate your case to the player escalation departments that chases down your payout...that is why I ask players to EMAIL me there user ID - Casino and issue so that I can escalate faster.
The posting form is an extra step so "in the future" PLEASE EMAIL me with details or you will get lost in the shuffle.

Marty- I still haven't heard from you regarding my payment that was supposedly mailed on 1/3/11. Does it take almost 3 weeks to be mailed to the US? Do you have tracking information? This withdrawal was requested the first week of December!

I am a little upset. I have been playing CLUB PLAYER for quite some time. I have faxed docs at different times,and for whatever reason, CLUB PLAYER is saying they never got them, so when I decided to make my first withdrawal, I was asked for docs, again.
I requested the withdrawal on the 14th of January.
On January 18, CLUB PLAYER AUTHORIZED my documents and said my withdrawal was being sent out for APPROVAL.
Today is the tenth day since my original request. I emailed CLUB PLAYER and MONIKA tells me that they have 7-10 days from the date the documents are AUTHORIZED to have the withdrawal APPROVED.
MONIKA went on to tell me that since CLUB PLAYER had 7 - 10 days to APPROVE my withdrawal after the documents are AUTHORIZED and that the withdrawal would probably be APPROVED before FEBRUAY 1.
Then MONIKA went on to tell me that after that, CLUB PLAYER takes another 7-10 days to SUBMIT the payout to me.
Why the delay? I know that these casinos take in a lot of money. What happened to good customer service?
I can tell you, when I withdrew from VIP casino recently, it was no more than ten days from the beginning of the request, the documentation authorization, the withdrawal procedure, and a check in my hand via FED EX.
I am not happy with this delay and it does no good to gamble and win, if you cannot access the money to reuse for future purchases.
Would somebody please help me with this issue? Will this happen EVERYTIME I try and withdraw from CLUB PLAYER or the other seven casinos they are associated with?

You will get your withdrawl it will take a VERY LONG TIME!!!! They will eventually pay you. They tell you 7 to 10 days, but it is almost always the case it takes ALOT longer, trust me. Just look at how many pages this thread is. Since you are new to this, I suggest you read through the different threads, and the warnings that are next to each casino. You will find a wealth of information in these posts. Trust me when I say you will learn what casinos to avoid. When 1 member has a particular problem with a casino is 1 thing, when MANY members have the same problem with a casino it is a whole differnt story!

Our payouts are 7 – 10 business days to approve and 7 – 10 business days following to process a total of 14 – 20 business days total to receive your payout.
If your "approved" payout is 10 business days past due please email me directly with:

I FINALLY GOT PAID!!! I request a withdrawal on 12/3/10. ONE MONTH later I was told a check was mailed on 1/3/11. Never received a check, after constant emailing Marty and Claudia, I contacted live chat today who told me my money was available via MONEY GRAM. SO basically I was lied to when I was told a check was mailed 3 weeks ago. At least I got my money.

This morning on SLOT OF VEGAS (scam artist) I won the major jackpot of $2500.00. So I go to cashout $2000.00 and guess what???, my winnings are void because I used more then 1 bonus. and ive checked now my emails, just to make sure, and all my documents again, have written down all casinos where i did an account and played a free chip, and i just have one account in every casino, (2 rtg casinos was offline) wow i realy dont know what to do now

As you may know; it is against casino rules to redeem more than one free chip. Your account shows a total of 11 free chips redeemed in a row; no deposits in between. This is why your free chip winnings were voided. Also please keep in mind; free chips have cashout restrictions and last free chip redeemed had a $100 maximum cashout restriction.
