CLOSED No Deposit Contest- Funny Picture Caption Contest from Bet Phoenix Casino

I got mine last night. Thank you Nic. I pm'd you about wagering on first place chip I won from somewhere else. I probably wasn't clear about that. I see that the wagering here on the largest chip is 65x and at the other place I won a $50, the wagering on largest was 75x. I won $250 and it was in there with the $50 and was told wagering was 40x on the $50 and 85x on $250. After I played thru 17,000 or so Otto said no multiple promotions. I said they were in there together. Then he said 85x on all of it. Of course I am sick I didn't make it 8,000 more and wasted all that time, but now I'm sick because I think I was wronged here somehow. I was told one thing before started playing. After all the playing then checking with support I was told something different. Now I see lesser amounts of playthrough on larger amounts and I can't find the t&c's at the other place. If there's a sound reason like because my win wasn't doubled from not depositing and cursed with a higher playthrough, fine. I could swallow that. It took alot out of me and I really thought I'd make it and was ready to deposit. But just by not knowing what it really should have been drives me nuts as I may have made it afterall and when and blew it off thinking I had miles to go.

Maybe they are holding mine until I use the other one I got at that somewhere else place so they can keep the terms separate.  Yeah, that's got to be it.  : )

Oh NO helwin, I hope Nicolas gets it straightened out for you...Very confusing.

well, I woke up this morning thinking it would be there and nothing yet?????But, I must say I put money in at casino33 for the first time in months becasue they finally accepted my visa and.............won $2000. ooooohooooooooo this soucln't of come at a better time for me I really need the money and they pay really really fast so Praise the Lord if I had gotten my free chip I would not have put money in and probably wouldn't have won.

thank you guys, I haven't been able to play becasue money has been a real problem and last night I decide to treat myself and I could do no wrong! I stayed up until 1am playing and then stopped, but I hada hard time going to sleep after that. I left myself 50 in the account but i'm not doing so good with that. I will NOT reverse this withdrawl!!!! I have to stay really strong.

Okay I still don't have my $50 chip but on the $20 one from somewhere else, while waiting for the $50 from LCB, I have tried to withdraw twice, took it back once so I could play tourneys, was denied the second time for as yet unknown reasons. 

I am sitting on $215 there now, and am in first place in a tourney and am placing in two others.  Finally heard from Nick but not about the $50 chip.

I am happy to be winning the tourneys, but most unhappy their support hasn't answered any of my emails, and extremely unhappy they let me play tourneys and win when it appears all I can cash out now is the max from that free chip- nowhere near my  balance.

And Nick says I could request to turn my balance into cash at their casino-WHERE do I do that, I wonder?  I WOULD have done that WAY before entering the tournaments and then I WOULD have all the balance in my account available for withdrawal, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

No wonder I am doing so well on the tourneys!  This bites and I hope support tells me I am wrong and can have my money I sure could use some groceries around here and money to pay bills.

Still, thanks very much to BetPhoenix for the fun I've had playing, for the contests, and for the whatever amount I can finally cash out with in the hopefully near future.

On the other hand, I didn't enjoy and am not now enjoying the emotional rollercoaster.

Go to live chat and tell them you would like to turn your balance into a cash deposit..no restrictions on it then.

I'll contact live chat I guess but I'm skeptical what will happen with my pending tourney winnings should I keep the place wins that I have. 

And I still hope that support answers my questions like why my withdrawal was denied.  Thanks for the suggestions.  I'm not upset with the casino, in general, I still like them and of course have good feelings for Nick and his helpful ways!

I feel sure Nick will be sure I get my $60, and that when my balance hits $0.00 Nick will put in my free chip from this contest.  I guess because of your double chip fiasco I was lucky and they are waiting to put the chip in my account, so, for what it's worth, thanks, Helwin, for being the sacrificial lamb here- I feel your pain!
As for my pending tourney winnings, well...that remains to be seen but they'll probably disappear.  I feel bad for the players who placed below me because they lost out as well.  I wish BP would have not let me wager bonus money on tournaments!!!
