Playtech Integrates FraudForce Technology

...by teaming up with iovation, a company creating safety solutions for online businesses and various turn-key platforms.

Together, they've worked on implementing iovation's state-of-the-art FraudForce technology that will provide the safest possible environment and a much needed peace of mind to all operators using Playtech's platform.

Playtech is currently working on accomplishing the mission of expanding their extensive operator toolset by making strategic partnerships, as well as by working on their own development and software research.

Killing the Fraud in its Roots

FraudForce is a fraud detection prevention system that uses advanced machine learning to combat crime as it happens.

The real-time learning machine continuously monitors billions of global transactions and looks for device, transaction and account patterns that can indicate fraudulent behavior.

Suspicious patterns, inconsistent data elements and similar anomalies will help the system track down fraudsters, separating them from bona fide clients with utmost certainty.

FraudForce uses the 100ms real-time automation that collects information about the device a customer is using on a site (in this case, online casino)...

...Then, it gets evaluated for fraud-suggesting patterns – and all that is done in a tenth of a second!

Playtech's Chief Operating Officer, Shimon Akad, says that the company's entire staff is delighted to be working with iovation to bring FraudForce to their licensees.

He said that FraudForce solution is a unique device recognition technology that will allow leveraging of the company's Privacy by Design methodology in order to comply with global privacy laws such as General Data Protection Regulation enforced by EU.

In-House Solutions Matter, Too

In February of this year, Playtech has developed their very own advanced fraud detection system. A joint venture with Featurespace has yielded a sturdy security measure that has quickly been integrated into their Information Management System.

Similar to FraudForce, this system also monitors suspicious behavioral patterns in real-time, adapts automatically and flags strange actions by players. Advanced fraud detection system allows casinos to have a much better insight into their players' behavior and actions, making it possible to protect themselves and better engage with the customers.
