Microgaming Presents Next Chapter in Jungle Jim Series

One of Microgaming’s most popular slot series is about to be extended as the developer prepares to launch Jungle Jim and the Lost Sphinx in collaboration with Stormcraft Studios.

The next chapter is taking players on a new quest for lost treasures of Egypt, hidden behind a five-by-four reel configuration and 35 paylines. What’s more, the playboard expands during key stages in the game and kicks off a feature rich action on five-by-five reels followed by 50 line wins.

The new title also comes with Rolling Reels, Win Booster and a multiplier trail, increasing the winning potential during extra rounds.

Reaping Treasures in a Graphically Rich Environment

Unlike El Dorado, the story in Microgaming’s sequel is set beneath a starry sky, taking place on a five-by-four grid. There is a multiplier trail of up to 10x above the reels, and each successive win blasts away winning symbols, thanks to the Rolling Reels.

Following a streak of three consecutive wins during base play, the grid immediately expands to a five-by-five config and unlocks 15 additional betways. Apart from the 4x multiplier in this mode, players are also awarded a respin.

The funniest animation in this game occurs when three scatter symbols land on the playboard. Jungle Jim will then use his grappling hook to lower himself into the expanded grid and kick off a spree of 12 spins. This round comes with a multiplier of up to 20x and it is accompanied by the golden Sphinx symbols on the center reel. Each one of these symbols awards an additional spin and raises the level of the multiplier.

To improve the frequency of extra spins, players can activate the Win Booster, which requires only two scatters to trigger the feature.
