Back Online Game Developer SPRIBE Starting 2024 Strong

Recognized for the world’s #1 Crash Game and a portfolio of Turbo Games, we introduce you to SPRIBE. This year is off to a glorious start following the news of its partnership with UFC lightweight champion Alex Pereira. It doesn’t end there as the game development company plans to launch new titles, enter new markets and team up with more operators over the course of 2024. LCB was granted an interview with SPRIBE CCO, Giorgi Tsutskiridze to discuss such plans and learn more about the innovations. Meet SPRIBE…

Q: We’d like to begin with an overview of SPRIBE. Please introduce LCB members to the company and products?

A: SPRIBE is the game developer behind Aviator, the number one crash game in the world with more than 10 million players each month. Aviator is live at more than 4,000 casinos and counting, and delivers big-action, fast-paced gameplay. It takes the increasing curve format and has been developed specifically for mobile play. It’s multiplayer and social, providing an interactive experience like no other. Aviator is just one of the games in our Turbo Game portfolio, which also includes titles like Mines and Plinko. We also have a next-generation poker offering that is hugely popular. All of our games have mass market appeal, but they have found real favour with Millennial and Generation Z players, and this is why operators like to work with us.

Q: Turbo Games make up the majority of the portfolio. Explain the concept behind category of online play.

A: Turbo Games bring formats and gameplay from the worlds of crypto and video/mobile gaming to online casino players. These are fast and thrilling games that are perfectly suited to mobile play. They are different to traditional slots in that players do more than simply hit “spin” – there is often an element of strategy involved and players have some control over the outcome of the game. In Aviator, this is deciding when to cash out, go too early and the win multiplier is small but wait too long and the plane flies away taking the accrued winnings and original stake with it. This is just the sort of game that Millennials and Generation Z’ers are looking for – they seek social experiences and games where they can get directly involved with the action and outcome, and our portfolio of Turbo Games provide this.

Q: You’re already smashing 2024 with the news of a partnership with UFC lightweight champion Alex Pereira. The deal gives great exposure to the crash game, Aviator. This fits in line with SPRIBE’s mission to create impact! Tell us more about the match up.

A: The deal with Alex forms part of a wider partnership we signed with the UFC back in October last year under which we created a brand ambassador fund. This fund can be used to bring various UFC athletes into our marketing activity, with Alex being the first. He is a high-profile fighter – not only is he the current Light Heavyweight Champion, but he is one of only nine UFC fighters to have held belts across two divisions having previously been Middleweight Champion. We are really excited to be working on a run of campaigns with Alex, as well as other UFC athletes. These campaigns will appear alongside the Aviator branding that will appear inside the Octagon at UFC Fight Nights and Pay Per View Events.

Q: It must be challenging to stay on the pulse of online gambling trends. How does your team manage to navigate this space in terms of research and creativity?

A: We spend a lot of time researching trends and player preferences and then ensure that we are fine-tuning our portfolio of games to ensure they not only meet but exceed these expectations. In fact, it was only by looking ahead at what players would want to experience that we came up with Aviator and brought it to the online casino space. We couldn’t keep our finger on the pulse without the incredible team that we have built at SPRIBE, with each person having an impact on our games and the experiences they deliver to players. The team is what ensures our games continue to evolve in line with demand and why they remain among the most played many years after hitting the market for the first time.

Q: As the year progresses, what plans are in store? Are new game releases in the pipeline?

A: We’ve got a really exciting year ahead. Our roadmap includes new markets, new casino partners and of course new products. Like I said, we also spent a lot of time iterating the games in our portfolio so that they keep up with player demand – this means plenty of upgrades to titles such as Aviator, especially when it comes to the user experience and ensuring the action remains fast-paced and mobile friendly.

Q: Finally, we’ll give you the floor to communicate with our readers. What would you like players to know about SPRIBE?

A: That Aviator is the number one crash game in the world and if they haven’t already, they need to strap in and take it for a ride. There is no feeling quite like pitting your nerve against the increasing win multiplier to see if you can come out on top and what the big wins soar. Also check out some of the other games in our Turbo portfolio as they are just as thrilling.
