Back GiG Recevies Permanent CSIE License from New Jersey

Exactly two years after applying for a permanent casino service industry enterprise license (CSIE) in New Jersey, USA, a technology company and cloud-based online gaming platform, GiG, has acquired the right to operate within the state’s borders.

The group has supported Hard Rock International for the past two years under a temporary transactional permission, monitored and controlled by the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).

The licence is now officially granted to GiG’s subsidiary, iGaming Cloud Inc. for five years, enabling the enterprise to launch its real-money online gaming platform solution in the state of New Jersey.

A Major Accomplishment

As stated by the group’s chief executive officer, Richard Brown, the process of acquiring permanent casino license within the most advanced state in terms of gaming regulations has been “long and comprehensive.”

Gaming Innovation Group was founded to open up iGaming and make it ‘fair and fun for all’ through an ecosystem of products and services. The provider is constantly connecting with new potential partners, other suppliers and end-users, thus creating a unique experience in the world.

Recently, this brand even teamed up with LeGrand Casino in North Macedonia, helping it launch an entire suite of digital products across the country’s regulated market.

Here’s the official statement from CEO:

“We are delighted to receive the CSIE license after a long and comprehensive process. This is a great achievement for GiG and gives us a solid confirmation that our platform, procedures and operations are meeting the highest standards out there.”

The group operates from Malta and is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange as well as on Nasdaq Stockholm. iGaming Cloud was established in 2015 and offers a full spectrum of services for egaming operators ranging from customer relationship management and marketing suite all the way to business intelligence, wallets and banking.

Unstoppable Gaming Force

Aside from acquiring a permanent license to operate in New Jersey for five years, Gaming Innovation Group has also been active in other fields, such as the expansion of its fooprint in the global market. In the last couple of months, this enterprise has reached landmark deals with prosperous brands from the industry, namely GS Technologies, 1X2 Network and Betsson.

By starting a cooperation with Alpha Affiliate Program, developed by GS Technologies, GiG will launch its full casino offering for a minimum period of three years with the operator. This partnership should also make an impeccable contribution to the company’s position and revenues, starting from 2021.

Another important content distribution arrangement worth mentioning is with an iGaming developer and content supplier 1x2 Network. In May 2020, the Group has extended its existing virtual sports integration agreement with an option to include the latest line up of slots and other premium casino games.

As a reminder, Betsson Group has officially confirmed in February that their acquisition of Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) will go through by mid-April. This venture acquired GiG’s B2C assets, including famous gaming brands Rizk, Guts, Kaboo and Thrills. The deal’s worth is $35.9 million.
