GAN and Incredible Technologies Announce Multi-Year US Content Deal

GAN, one of leading full-service internet gaming SaaS providers for real-money gambling industry,
has solidified its presence across US online gambling market for multiple clients with its second major exclusive content agreement.

The brand, which supplies internet gaming, online sports betting and simulated gaming industries has announced it has come to an agreement with Incredible Technologies, Illinois-based company for exclusive online rights to all current and future Incredible games from the brand that will achieve the quantity of over 110 games during their term.

Boosting Their Share

Incredible Technologies is one of US’ leading manufacturers of electronic gaming machines making classic slot games like Money Rain and Crazy Money.

Its games are active on the majority of retail casino gaming floors across the US and are available online in New Jersey since 2014 and 2016.

This deal, for GAN, adds to the content acquisition strategy that is devised to boost the company’s overall share of B2B Gross Operator Revenue derived from online gaming. They will also acquire a share of fast-growing online gaming revenue by B2C operators that are future GAN clients.

GAN plans to start deriving online content licensing fees from Incredible Technologies’ existing online operations in New Jersey.

Validation of Presence

The result of this multi-year deal is that GAN’s online slot partners content represents cc. 7% of all slots sold in the US during 2021.

Incredible Technologies has a sturdy repertoire of successful casino games and other games in a massive number of establishments. The deal allows them to work with a single long-term partner with an existing grand distribution network of online games in the US while focusing resources to boost their online portfolio quickly.

The company provides GAN’s platform with a substantial repertoire of slot gaming content over the coming years and will distribute their entire portfolio only through this platform across the US.

GAN’s CCO, Jeff Bergman, comments:
