Back Black List Published by the Danish Gambling Authority

Illegal operators named

The Danish Gambling Authority (DGA) created the black list of illegal operators and published it on its website following the Belgium's example aimed at ensuring compliance with the local regulations.

According to DGA, the identified illegal websites have been contacted, and subsequently many of them amended their offering in order to comply with the Danish gambling legislation. Yet, a number of others still offer internet gambling without a Danish licence, so DGA included their names in the official black list.

Additionally, the Authority reveals that Danish Bailiff’s Court in Frederiksberg has imposed an injunction on Danish internet service provider (ISP) "3" with a request to block the offending websites within 14 day-period. It is expected that other ISP's will follow suit.

The blacklist includes the following 12 casinos: amazingvideopoker; bet-at-home; casino-alhambra; casinobellini; casinodelrio; casinoredvegas; casinomel; casinotropez; coolhandpoker; europacasino; winner; titanpoker.
