Blackjack Surrender brings all the things players love about the classic game of Blackjack and bolts on the option of ‘surrendering’. This essentially allows you to get a good eyeful of your first two cards and if you don’t like them fold without continuing. Interested? Play it for free above.
How to play Blackjack Surrender
You can place different wagers on each of the available hands (our free version has up to 3). To choose yours simply click on the chips below the table and then click again on the circles marked ‘place your bet’. You’re then all set to play Blackjack Surrender.
Games begin in a similar way to regular blackjack and you'll receive 2 cards. At this stage you can decide to surrender or play your hand. If you have the option to double and then still don't like your hand you can surrender; the difference here is that surrendering will only lose you your double bet and the ante is returned to you. If you decide to stand or press on by 'hitting' the game plays in basically the same way as normal blackjack (the better hand is the one one totalling 21 or as close to it as possible).
The conclusion of each game presents two options; rebet or new bet, which is fairly standard but helpful if you want to reuse the same wager as the previous game.
