River Cree Resort and Casino

Located on the Enoch Cree reserve, River Cree Resort and Casino first opened its doors in October 2006 to the hefty price tag of $178 million. 3 km west of Edmonton, this is the first aboriginal-owned casino in Alberta and one of the very few to not have a smoking restriction inside the casino (30% of the gaming floor is allocated smoking permitted). Located 5 minutes from the West Edmonton Mall visitors have access to premium shopping and a wealth of entertainment.
