I'd say with these guys the whole process took maybe like 5-7 days, from me sending my documents in to the BTC arriving in my wallet. Really the only thing I didn't like; but if I feel like I can get lucky there again, I might use one of their deposit bonuses they send me. Not my biggest fan can never get customer service had to resubmit my documents 3x I just gave up
I had a consecutive coupon balance of 870$ or something I stated they were just that they reassured me all was fine I verified asked again nothing was red flagged or anything so I proceeded to cashout they ended up canceling my withdrawal over that issue otherwise deposit between bonuses and have fun !

Rep: Unfortunately the system do not show us that At that point I ended the chat, and then I went to my account history and did the math myself. Sure enough, I had 48 deposits and only 2 withdrawals, and my total deposits were 3 times more than my $2300 in withdrawals. I went back to live chat and got the same rep, thank goodness. I told him that I added everything up and that I was right about my withdrawals being less than my total deposits. So, he then he checks with his supervisor and suddenly now I'm "entitled" to a "one time" deposit match bonus for 200%, but after that I would have to made straight deposits only, and MAYBE I will start getting bonuses again. WTF, right? So, I took the deal and lost, of course, unfortunately. There are SO many other online casinos out there that have A LOT more to offer players like me who are loyal and deposit regularly. I like Rival games, but Grand Rush isn't the only casino that has them, so I will be playing elsewhere after this b.s. nonsense.

The biggest complaint I have is once I cashed out a few times, which the most was around 800.00 they would not allow me ro play with any kind of deposit bonus. That was last year and since then I refuse to spend my money in a casino that tells me they will let you know when you can play with a promo again. so really was their loss, since their are many great casinos to spend money in and without any hassles.
