  • This is my hubby's acct here but I'm his wife asking for help. I'm fond out the hard way Grand Rush casino is no different than any of the other scam casinos, I'm surprised they haven't been blacklisted yet. They put every possible barrier up to prevent withdrawal, even using tactics like lying and attempting to frustrate you enough that you quit fighting for what is yours. For ease, ill just put everything in an easy to understand order.

    1. I accept a $10 bday bonus with a 50x playthrough

    2. I proceed to wager $557 over the next 24 hours

    3. After completing my playthrough requirements I had a balance of $476 so I put in a $450 withdrawal request

    4. I do the kyc verification and I understand it's going to require 48 hours and I am also prepared for the additional 48 hours for them to put the Bitcoin in the wallet. This was at 12:34pm on Sat. 3-16.

    5. After the withdrawal request I turn the $26 remainder and turn it into $800 and then proceed to lose it and the loyalty bonuses I converted my loyalty points in for. These bonuses have a 50x p.t. also. Not an issue since I immediately go broke after each.

    6. On Monday 3-18 at 6:34 a.m. they rejected my withdrawal and put the original bonus amount back on my acct and try forcing me to "redo" $483 of playthrough stating that I only played $16.80 of the $500 p.t.

    7. I then contact "customer support" to show them the error. 4 hours later they finally see the mistake and tell me they have to put my account back in front of the people that just cheated me and so I end up totaling up the total amount I wagered on each game thru the account history. From the time I accepted the bonus until I requested the withdrawal (minus free spins) was $557.90. I wagered $118.4 just on the first game I played.

P.S. please keep in mind I have screenshots of my gaming history/all convos/all wagers, deposits, bonuses and requests. My husband swears by this website, stating that if I am in the right and I can show that I'm in the right that there may be some help for me. This is not a brand new casino to me I have made multiple deposits but this is my first withdrawal attempt. If there is anyone out there that can help me I'll be more than happy to provide all my evidence. I am completely flabbergasted because when they couldn't find a reason to disqualify my withdrawal then they just flat out lied. My username is lor****

  • Hello Neofraud_811,

First of all, welcome to LCB! Glad to have you here. smiley

Thanks for sharing your casino credentials with us.

We will reach out to a casino representative to inquire about your case.

    Keep you posted.

  • So I was contacted by a support agent this morning via email. Claiming not that I didn't complete the playthrough, or any of the other three reasons for not paying my withdrawal. Now they're saying that they added the $9.66 bonus that I never requested to my account yesterday morning because I was requesting to get paid more than what their terms and conditions allows for me to be paid. This is of course false as well because I deposited after I completed the bonus. They are grasping at straws. I'm surprised that they havent tried the multiple accounts tactic yet. I assure you whatever they claim the situation is, my story has not changed even after they have changed theirs several times. I of course am not just making a complaint without all necessary evidence. I appreciate your help and if there is anything that you need frome please, please just ask.

  • Hello Neofraud_811,

Please. Is there nothing more that can be done? I'm looking at $459 in my wife's account that she can't touch. If they're a legitimate casino then why no reply?  Please don't give up. It's only been a week, can you send just one more request? I will contact someone higher up and ask if they would just respond to you. Please, if nothing else then if this has happened more than once why are they not on the Rogue list? I don't mean to be that guy, maybe I have jswqzs.com on a pedestal but I've always felt that if you put them on the Rogue list then they are a real crooked casino and if they are not on the Rogue list then I can trust them. She deposited just to make the withdrawal and they waved her withdrawal like a carrot, knowing that once she deposited they were going to reject the withdrawal and steal her money. She and I both trusted them, they weren't on your rogue list. I might be placing you guys on a pedestal by saying that but that's the truth. My wife made this complaint and she did hours of homework and research to prove to me that she was right before I would even allow her to post a complaint on your site via my account. I value our relationship that much that I wouldn't allow her to make a false claim on your siite. The evidence is there. Now you guys are saying all the casino has to do is ignore the problem and it'll go away? No Rogue list, no warnings, or anything? That doesn't sound like the site that I've grown accustomed to being a part of. I thought that's what jswqzs.com was, the defender of people that were in the right and taking on the crooked casinos? I'm looking at the last post I guess I'm confused, that's all. Maybe I'm mistaken.

Maybe I'm mistaken. After scrolling through the numerous complaints regarding Grand Rush Casino, it seems like the only time they respond is when they have a convenient T&C stipulation to justify the keeping of folks money. They don't reply if there isn't a sure fire excuse. The number of complaints and the fact that they aren't replying now seems like adequate cause for at least the warnings list.

  • #Real Talk

  • Well, now we find out the truth about Grand Rush Casino. Once I seen that my wife was alone in her fight, I suggested she wash her hands of it (just as LCB.org had done). I don't know if she just extended her misery but she said screw it if they're not going to pay her than she was going to waste the money herself. She decided that although she was in the right she would just pay the ransom to get them to release their hostage (her money). It cost her $69 to see what excuse they will use now. Her balance went from $459.66 when they gave her the additional playthrough of $483. She completed the new playthrough and deleted the $10 since the bonus was not withdrawable. This left a balance of $390.17 which she immediately put in for withdrawal. I will update on the progress that WE, alone, make. It's supposed to be a 4 day process. I'll post then on the progress, or as I believe, I'll report the lack of, in 4 days.

  • Hello Neofraud_811,

We will send one last reminder and we will reopen the complaint.

    Keep you posted.

  • Hello Neofraud_811,

Unfortunately, we must mark this complaint as Unresolved.

    Thanks for your understanding.

  • Oh no you don't have to mark it as unresolved. The great news is that it was resolved. The bad news is that in order to get paid anything I have to accept that my wife just got screwed out of $350. Because even though I had $450 in the account when they forced me to take a bonus that I did not want because they just added it to the account and forced me to restart the playthrough. The bonus that they forced me to take only has a maximum withdrawal of $100. So even though my account balance was $459 before I took the bonus they kept $350 of that money unjustified. So please do not mark it as unresolved. It's resolved, they scammed me, LCB allowed it and we got screwed out of our money. That's the resolution that I got. And the worst part is is that I expected as much from a scam casino I didn't expect this from LCB. Apparently, it's just like the government wants a website gets to a certain size it begins to protect itself. Huh, I wonder if that's what they mean when they talk about selling out. At the end of the day, they need to be placed on the scam list. They just cheated me 3 times. 1) I won they wouldn't pay and forced a 2nd playthrough requirement. 2) they require a deposit to withdrawal but they tell you to include it in withdrawal but don't pay it back and 3) if you have money in the account and you take a bonus, they zero your acct, even if you deposited the funds. THATS A SCAM CASINO!!!!!!

  • Hello Neofraud_811,

We understand your frustration, but if we do not receive a response from the casino, our hands are tied. We will send them again reminder about your case, and the complaint will remain Unresolved.

Hope they will respond, in which case we will reopen the complaint.

    Thank you for understanding.
