Today started group stage in Europa League.Who are the favourites? I considere Dortmund and Liverpool as top contenders for the crown.

Today started group stage in Europa League.Who are the favourites? I considere Dortmund and Liverpool as top contenders for the crown.

Yes on paper that sounds reasonable but in the end always the Spanish and the Portuguese sides are there in the end. I don't know maybe they just have a higher motivation in this tournament.

Also,Russian and Ukranian sides are always dangerous,especially now,when winner gets a place in a Champions League.

The Russian teams looking great this season with Rubin and Lokomotiv Moscow winning impressively against very strong sides away. The Ukranian teams were the big surprise in the last edition of Europa League but I expecting that they won't be so successful in this. Will see.

Dortmund for sure is my favourite here. I watch their matches and I like a lot how they play this season in Bundesliga. I hope also to be good in Europa League.

PAOK - Dortmund I will watch today. Surely we will see a win from Dortmund and I hope to see a spectaculous match.

I expect Dortmund to have problems tonight.They had problems in last two matches and they will face Bayern in next match...

Nice surprises are on the way with Qarabag and Partizan, still 20 minutes to go but looking likely.

Qarabag played very well in the first round against Tottenham and led 1-0 but otherwise they are many defensive teams and teams like Anderlecht can hardly turning point in this match.

With a possession of the ball of 68% from Dortmund against PAOK, they only managed to do 1-1. It is good because every point won is important. It could be better.

Some really surprising results in this round but it's great for the tournament. Slovan Liberec won at Marseille at really nice odds but I was not brave enough  to place a bet on  :-pp

Funniest thing is the name of this club called FK Qəbələ. In German it's Qäbälä.  LOL I really had to google, where the hell this club is from and it is from Azerbaijan  8'|.

I supose that in few years,all this clubs fro Azerbaijan,KAzakhstan and similar countries will be very well known,due to their regular participation in European competitions...

Partizan Belgrade against Athletic Bilbao. Surprisingly for Serbian football Partizan is the first in a group. If they win tonight, they go to the next round.

This is the reality, deserved victory for Athletic Bilbao. Partizan will fight to the end for passing away.

Easy and routine win for Bilbao. This could be expected because Partizan today was without several players (Aboubakar,Balazic etc) .

Yeah that one too but I think Lech's odds was even higher, I checked once trough the game it was at 13.00 for the Poland's team.

Unfortunately for Liverpool fans they are not able to win Rubin.So many chance and ball possesion for reds but no luck for win.Klop was dissipointed but we see so much better game from this team.

Liverpool had more players on the field for more than an hour of play. Very disappointing

I don't know why everybody expected Liverpool to start winning convincingly right after the Klopp 's appointment after they were in so bad shape before that, it will take time to find their new style.

Doesn't meant you in particular mate ;) There are just many people out there who expect miracles from Klopp in no time, and it just doesn't work that way. He might be a good coach but not a magician I think.

I expect to see good Liverpool only after January transfer window.He needs signings to strengthen all the areas.

He need to change some players and all will be good. This season, they will be fighting for Uefa Europa league trophy, that can bring them Champions league group stage.

I don't know about Champions League place for Liverpool but they even might be higher than Chelsea in the standings at the end ;)

For me very strange what happens with Chelsea.Much as they were bad I still think Chelsea will finish in front of Liverpool :D

Chelsea have a lot of older players, I think it's time to bring young blood. Terry, Ivanovic, Fabregas, Falcao, Ramires, old players who have no desire to prove.

Most of these were their most important players for the title last year, if they are too old they will be tired in the middle or in the end of season but not in the first 10 games. The problem is Mourinho tactics I think, seems like he lost his magic in the last years.

I am pretty sure that Chelsea would be better if anyone else was their coach this season.Mourinho has different types of player,then he usually prefer.

Yeah probably, will be tough to be worst from what they are in the moment ;) But they might have a new one after yesterdays failure against Stoke.

I am not sure that Abramovic will be changing the coach sooner.Simply,you cant fire Mourinho if you are going to bring someone who is much worse.

Here we go again.There is another round of Europa League ahead of us.For me most interesting match will be in Amsterdam,where Ajax waits for Fenerbahce.Also,I expect to see good performances in matches Kazan-Liverpool and Tottenham-Anderlecht.

Partizan is in total chaos.They for weeks can not win in the Serbian Superliga and now for the first Red Star lagging 19 points.I hope too that we can extract at least a point but it will be very difficult.
