Shop - help and support with geo-location

Some of you may have noticed that some items that you used to be able to see in the shop, have now "disappeared". 

The reason is shop items have now been "geo-located".  What this means is, if your country is restricted from the item, the geo-location restriction will not allow you to see it in the shop.  There may be some items where you can play at the casino but the bonus is restricted from your country; you will not be able to see these either.

Also cash items have been restricted from Hungarian and Brazilian members, as per rule 11 of the Shop terms and conditions.  However, if you are from either of these countries and were a member prior to the imposition of the rule 11 restriction i.e. March 2014 for Hungarian members and December 2014 for Brazilian members, you will need to get in touch with me to sort out the purchase manually.

If you have any issues with geo-location of the shop items, please report them in this thread.  If you can see any items that you know you are restricted from, please also report those.

For manual purchases, please private message me with details.

Rep has confirmed Netherlands are indeed restricted along with UK, US, France, Spain and Israel.  Item updated to reflect these other restricted countries too.

I think the countries mentioned above are restricted from playing. Bitstarz does accept US players as far as I know but none of other Direx nv casinos accept US players but read their terms and condition to make it 100% sure.

As for Bitstarz, you should be able to see it.  I suggest remove your cache and refresh the shop in your browser.

And I was referring to betchain as well.  They allow USA players to deposit and I have withdrawn in the past, but I see they have updated their t/c to state "The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that player breaches this Restricted Countries policy." - Which should be addressed, because eventually someone will be denied a large cashout even though they allow US to deposit bitcoin.  If they will not cashout then should be a GEO block to prevent deposit, correct? - Anyways, way off topic sorry.. If your country is restricted, you should not able to visit their website. When I try visit their website, I got a big fat no go logo.

Yes - I can see you bought this item yesterday.  The casinos don't deal with the shop items over the weekend.  They will deal with it tomorrow morning.  Also, please note the correct thread for these type of questions i.e. chasing a shop item (for which weekends don't count and you should wait 48 hours before chasing) is here.

Yes  - both shop items are restricted for Africa I'm afraid.  If you can play at the casinos, then it's restricted from the bonus (the casinos don't always stipulate restricted from the casino  / restricted from the shop item).

Hi blueday!, I think it is great that the LCB shop items are listed by the geo-locations to cut out some of the irelevanancy to the players.  However, there are not many listed at all anymore for USA.  Most of the casinos that I am registered with, play, and deposit are no longer listed, i.e. Betchain, INetBet, Bitstarz, Oshi, mBit, etc.  There are many Cryptocurrency Casinos that accept USA players that are listed USA not allowed.  But if the player is depositing in Bitcoin or other currencies we are allowed to register, deposit, play, win and withdraw.

Question?

Does this mean if a casino is not listed in the Members shop, but is allowed or registered and makes the first deposit and/or would like to purchase shop items for those particular casinos.  The Member is not eligible.?

If you are allowed to play at the casino and you cannot see it due to geo-location, you can still apply for the shop item for example, one of our members is a Betchain VIP and still applies for chips although cannot see the item in the shop.

I don't have France as a restricted country under iNetBet Euro but they are restricted at iNetBet.  Are you saying you cannot play at iNetBet Euro?

No, this casino doesn't accept french players, it is said in the LCB Inetbet euro review. But it's the same for Space Lilly or Lucky star casinos for example, a web page in which the casino says France is a restricted country appears when you try to connect from France. 

I precise I am only speaking of the casinos in the shop. To be complete, it's the same for Fantasino, Oshi casino, BitStarz casino, Drake casino, Intertops red casino and casino Extreme. All these casinos don't accept french players, but they all appear in the LCB shop catalogue for me (and I of course try to connect from France)....
